I just signed up for CC and already have LR 4 - help w LR5 Download?

"Lightroom is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from your computer."
This is the error msg I get when trying to download LR5 on my computer.I need some help - it doesn't make sense - I am on my computer. I press the download button - and get this message. What does it want me to do?

More info - I attempted the download using IE, Chrome, and after a chat with the Adobe people with Foxfire. The same error message in all cases that does not let me proceed with the download. I also get the message when attempting to download PS and several other (at least) apps.
I have a windows 7 system that has no known issues - I have downloaded other apps from other developers.
I cannot now get back into the chat session because Adobe tells me the chat people are busy. Not a productive day with this - any ideas?

trying to export pdf file to convert it to microsoft word and when i push convert it asks me to subscribe I already did today and paid for it!

It looks like your subscription order is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours for an order to process fully. Once it does, you'll be able to log in and use your subscription, without prompts to sign up again!

I decided to go for the $10/month for a year to see if it was worth it. I installed CC desktop on my Mac running OS X 10.8. I tried to install Photoshop CC and it said that the install failed because there was a beta version on the machine. I've never beta tested CC so that can't be the case. I ran a search on photoshop and apps and the only versions that showed up were CS5 and CS4.
I tried to install again and it seemed to work but when I went to my app folder it turned out the Photoshop CC file was only 30KB in size and couldn't be run because it was incomp
However the CC desktop shows that Photoshop is installed and won't let me redownload itthis
If this is representative of how CC works I'll be cancelling ASAP.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Adobe does not recommend using multiple versions of the software on the same machine.
Please uninstall the earlier versions, CS5 and CS4 completely and then try install the CC apps and check.

If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again.

Did you subscribe to an online service like ExportPDF, PDF Pack, ...?

Using Adobe Export PDF, you can export PDF files to Word document (.docx and .doc), Excel document (.xlsx), Powerpoint document (.pptx), Rich Text Format document (.rtf) and Image (.jpg, .tiff, .png). In order to convert to PDF, you need to either purchase PDF Pack (Reliably Create PDFs, Convert PDFs, & Merge PDFs Online | Adobe PDF Pack) or Adobe Acrobat XI (PDF creator, create PDF | Adobe Acrobat XI).

Ive had to reboot my Apple TV before I had the option to enable iTunes Match but it did not see my music library. I tried a second reboot and it still says my music library is empty. Its been several days and I can access my library on a Windows PC, my Mac and my iPad so Im all synced up, my Apple TV apparently just wants to be stubborn.
