I just signed up for the New REVEL service and I need to know How do I download it to my Computer?

i currently use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 9 to Download and Edit my Photos from my Camera.
Now, I just signed up (under the Monthly Plan) for the New REVEL Service. How do I Download it to my Computer.
My Computer uses the WINDOWS 8 Operating System.

Welcome to Adobe Revel! You do not need to download anything right now. Currently on a PC you access Revel via adoberevel.com on a web browser.
Here are some useful links for you that might speed up the learning curve. They show you how to do things in the browser version as well as Mac and iOS. PC users can not edit using adoberevel.com. The apps include editing. Since Elements versions prior to version 11 do not connect to Revel, you can save to your hard drive and upload to Revel from there.
You can sign up to be notified when a Revel app is available for Windows and Android by going to http://www.photoshop.com/products/revel ….scroll down and look on the right side where it says "coming soon- Notify me" for windows or android. Click and you can sign up to be notified.
In the coming months, we will expand Revel onto new platforms, devices, and file formats.

Please clarify what you mean. Do you already have an iPhone? If so, and it came from the US and is (presumably) carrier locked, you're out of luck. NONE of the US carriers will unlock iPhones. There are no exceptions.
The unlocked iPhone 4S is not yet available in US Apple retail stores. All phones sold at retail in the US are currently carrier locked.

You can usually find the wi-fi password on your router itself if you know the router's ID and password (not the wi-fi password). You can log into your router by putting its address (usually 192.168.1.1) into your browser's address window.

I used the program to transfer a pdf file into a document file. You are likely not doing anything wrong. The quality of the conversion depends on the quality of the original PDF file. Please see Will Adobe ExportPDF convert both text and form... | Adobe Community.
Do you know what created that PDF? If it wasn't an Adobe app, the PDF may not be written to spec, and that could account for the conversion issues. You can tell what created the PDF by choosing File > Properties and looking for the PDF Producer on the Description tab.
Sometimes, you can have better luck by turning off OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community (but you'll want to keep OCR enabled if your PDF was created from a scanned document).

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again.

I love the idea of the 'watchlist' function (which notifies me if there is any text/call activity with phone nums I've flagged); however, I don't like that my children receive a text notifying them that I have set certain numbers on the 'watchlist'. Is there a way to do the watchlist without having my children know?

An iTunes account can only be used in one store at a time, and you need to be in that country with a valid billing address on your account for that country in order to use it there. An email address can only be linked to one account, so if you want two separate iTunes accounts then you will need two email addresses

Settings > Store > Sign Out.
Sign in with the correct ID.
