I just subscribed to CreatePDF software and I can't find it
I just subscribed for a monthly payment. I am under a deadline to edit pdf files but I can't find the product on my PC.
Do I have to logon on to a URL on the internet.

Reminders is automatically installed with 10.8 or above. A new Mac should have 10.9; it's possible that, with a third-party vendor, you have an earlier OS. Check under the Apple menu in the top left and click About This Mac. That will tell you what version of OS X you have.

What operating system? In windows it should be in Program files or Program Files(x86). On a mac it should be in your applications folder.

Every time I've tried to open my hot mail today the page is usurped by H&R Block, trying to get me to buy their tax prep software and I don't see a way to close it out.
No, it doesn't come up in any other browser. The interesting thing this morning was I had inadvertently doubleclicked my hotmail icon and two windows came up, one over the other. The first one had the H&R Block site that is driving me crazy, which I closed, but the second one had my dear old emails without the dreaded H&R Block takeover. I haven't been able to send a picture of the page, but it looks like an H&R Block web site and lists the various tax prep software and prices. You can navigate all around the site, too.

I just updated to iOS5, and I can't see where ibooks is. I have the Newsstand, which looks like iBooks, but none of my purchases were there. Where should I be looking?
never mind. I figured it out. Had to get the ibooks app, and then just downloaded all my previous purchases. phew!

I have an I phone 3g and I downloaded the newest software and I can't get any music to play. I can't change my playlists and the songs I have on the phone just get skipped over. What can I do to correct this?
it recognizes the iPOD but I can't get any of the new songs to import to the iPOD
are you getting an error message, Odessa? if so, what does it say? include error message numbers if you're getting any.
if you're not getting an error message, describe what happens when you try to transfer songs to the ipod as best you can. -

I can't get the CS4 Design Standard to download onto my computer... I just purchased a new MAC and I can't install my old software.
I'm having the same issue. All my applications transferred over. Lightroom is working, but when I went to edit a picture in Photoshop, I got an error message. It told me to restart, but the program still won't open after restart. It says licensing has stopped working, but what does that mean? I can't tell whether it's unsupported/blocked, or if it's a malfunction. The error code is 150:30 See screen shot.

What did you update with what? Are we talking a computer? A device like an iPhone? You updated iTunes? You updated the operating system?
If you updated the iOS on a device, I believe it warns you it will erase the device and you should make a backup first. Restore from the backup.
iPhoto is an application pretty much separate from iTunes. There is an iPhoto forum if you are having problems with that application.
