You might like to try a different theme which will solve some of your problems.
Right click on toolbar space and uncheck Menu Bar if it is showing and decide whether you want your tabs on top.
You can move extension icons formerly on the Status Bar, and now possibly on the Add-ons Bar, to the Navigation Bar. Uncheck the Add-ons Bar. Keep the Status Bar if you must via an extension.
Click around in the Firefox Button (visible when you hide the Menu Bar) to see what is there. Or keep the Menu Bar showing if you'd prefer. Just about anything is customizable.
I strongly advise you not to go back to FF3. There won't be any going back by Firefox and you'll never catch up. You'll quickly get the feel of FF4 when you try a few things.

Did bug fix for add-ons after downloading new version. FB games do not work & add-ons still gone. I want the old version back. How can I do this?

Since downloading OSXMav 10.9.4, Safari quits. Have to keep restarting - want the downlevel version back; how?

Even as I try and submit this question, I have to keep restarting the iMac. Wifi is not the problem, and all other applications such as iPhoto, WP, PS, etc work. If you do not have a backup of your previous system, there is no easy way to revert back to the previous OS X version.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

Premiere Elements 11, 12, or 13 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit....
You could go back to the project and, in the Edit area, scale out the bouncing bottom edge. I am assuming that it will be visible there.
Then do another burn to folder, and then take the saved folder's VIDEO_TS to DVD disc with your 3rd party software, presumed ImgBurn.
If you want to scale width and height together, then leave the check mark next to Constrain Proportions in Applied Effects Tab/Applied Effects Palette/Motion Panel expanded. If you want to scale width and height separately, the remove the check mark next to Constrain Proportions in Motion Panel expanded.
Please let us know the results. We might consider the Crop Effect also. (fx Effects/Transform/Crop with edits of it int Applied Effects Tab/Applied Effects Palette/Crop Panel expanded).
