I just tried to download OSX Lion and half way through the download it said there was an error. I don't have to buy it again do i?
After buying it once and having the download fail, the App store says I must buy it again. Is there a way around this??

No need to re purchase..
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select Lion. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

BTW, you will receive email confirmations when someone responds to your question from Apple Support Communities.

I just spent 15 dollars on a movie and my wifi shut off half way through the downloading process and now when i look in "purcheased" it's not there, is there anyway I can get back to downloading my movie ?
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

I rented a movie via Itunes on my PC but half-way through the download recieved a "An unknown error has occured (-50)" notification. This is not my first rental, and I have verified my network and all connections to be good. I have rebooted Itunes and resumed the download of the movie only to receive the same error code. Has the movie file been corrupted? Can I recover the rental even though the time has elapsed? Will I be charged?
Did you figure this out? I haven't rented a movie in this new iTunes yet and saw one tonight I wanted to rent. Same fricken thing is happening to me. I hate this new iTunes, and I really hate that there are problems like this....why the heck do they have to fix something that isn't broken and break it? This just really stinks.

I have made a photo book which is ready now to send to the apple store for printing but half way through the download process it cuts out unexpectadly and will not send. I have printed many books from my computer through Iphoto and have never had this problem before. What could be the problem? I have checked for updates and installed all of them. Turned my computer off and then on again. But still keeps doing this. Help ?

The reason for this may be that the book contains photos that cannot be rendered. Have you checked the preview of your book? Does the pdf look correct?

If that is not the problem, check your network and your security settings. If you are using a Firewall or Antivirus filter, disable it temporarily.

Sounds like a Windows installer. Does it say Mac on the disk? When you open the dmg, does it say Office:Mac?

Why does my itunes downloaded song cut off half way through the song
I downloaded a Jorney song "Seperate Ways" only to find out that the song cuts off half way through. What should i do?
I'm having this exact problem now with an iPhone 4 (not the 4S) and running software 6.1.3 with iTunes version 11.0.4.4. - The songs play fine in iTunes. In some instances I brought in the songs from CDs, in other instances I purchased from the iTunes store meaning I can't simply convert them. In either way they play silence on my iPhone around halfway through and for the remainder of the track.
I have attempted a full restore from a backup, and then reloaded all of my music, same songs, same problem. I don't feel a manual restore would help because that means reprogramming every single app, and the music would be reloaded the same way so what difference could that make?
Just to add insult to injury my protection plan ran out about 2 weeks ago and my phone otherwise works fine, so this can't possibly be worth purchasing another pricey plan just to be allowed to TALK to Apple. -

We have a T-1 line - which is fairly fast - not as fast as some - but come on--- I've download files bigger then this in a few hours - This file took 12 hours plus to download - what seems to be the problem? Yes i've tried all of that. I've turned it all the way on and off and erased all of my music and put it back on and nothing works. And with the breaking up CDs and putting into compilation categories i have already fixed all of that stuff. It's fine it just doesn't show up in the list of artists. I can find the album in the songs category and the albums category it's just it doesn't show tha name of the artist. All of the other albums that i downloaded before i updated my itunes to th most recent update are fine. It's just the two that i downloaded afterwards. Thanks for trying though.

I had EXACTLY the same issue recently. What I had to do on my PC was go into the My computer section> click on my C drive> click on users> click on my username> go into music and then iTunes> Here you should see something that says iTunes Library. Make sure that iTunes is Closed and then take the iTune library and drag it onto Your desktop. This will create a copy on the desktop but iTunes will not see it. Reopen iTunes and you should see an option to scan for media. Once you do this iTunes should re-build your iTunes library and It should be able to sync. If it syncs fine and all your content is available go to the iTunes library that you dragged to the desktop and delete it as you should not have a new one. If this does not work absolutley do NOT delete the iTunes library that is on the desktop.
Call Apple and let them know of the steps you have taken and request some help. This should fix it though! -
So my ex decided to take it upon himself and set up my IPad and put passcodes all over the place as well as using his apple id to put things on my Ipad. Now that we are broke up I am trying to get into my Ipad and use it and can not. I have tried to restore it and wipe it clean to start ovwer but at the end of the process i get a msg stating that there is a passcode of somesort that i need to disable. What can I do to start over and clear everything?
Nope - you cannot restore a backup from a newer iOS version on to a device running an older iOS version. The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.
