I just updated an iMac to Mavericks and I can't print anything!!!

I have a plotter (Canon iPF815) and a Canon C7055. I installed the C7055 driver but still won't print, and the system won't let me run the iPF815 one. Please HELP ME!

You need to install the driver for OS X 10.8 and then run the 10.9 updater

Yes I just discovered that this morning but I have purchased another external harddrive and formatted it for both and am in the process of transferring the files across it and then I will erase the old harddrive and reformat it so I can use it.
I have learnt to format harddrives from this experience but am happy to see the back of parallells.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

Have you tried using VLC media player it seems to play almost any codec without converting.

Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

If all your files are missing
You may have logged in as a different user, such as Guest. Open the Users & Groups pane in System Preferences. Your name should be at the top of the user list, under Current User. See also this support article.
If files are missing from one folder
Change the Finder view mode; for example, from icon view to list view, or vice versa.
If files are present, but seem outdated
You may have started up from a different volume (disk.) Open the Startup Disk preference pane and check the selection.

My Canon PIXMA MG2440 USB is not being recognised and I can not print anything..?

I cannot use my printer as the USB is saying its not recognised.
I never needed a driver for this printer before and it used to work fine.
I have no idea how to get my printer to work as I cant connect it to my laptop?

If the printer is not being recognized, please try connecting the printer to another USB port on your computer, and also use a different USB cable if you have one. We also recommend installing the latest drivers and software for the printer. Since you have the PIXMA MG2440, please click here to go to the Support and Downloads page on the Canon Europe website where you can download the drivers.

I keep getting a pop up with Original files can not be found. I just updated my iMac to Lion and I have over 10,000 songs I can not access. Help!

This morning when I went to access my iTunes library I got a message that "Original Files can not be found" and would I like to locate them and others. Of course I clicked "yes" but that did not solve the problem. Why did this happen over night and what is the easiest way for me to retrive 10,000 songs. This is not a good thing!!!

I just updated to Firefox 4.0 and it will not show anything but the homepage, no bookmarks will work and I can't use th eaddress bar, why?

HT3805 I just updated to 3.4.5 and I can no longer export out of Aperture.

The only way to get a photo out is through edit with CS6. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried rebuilding permisions and database to no avail. Until 3.4.5 I was very happy with the program. I get the following console error.

Repair permissions using Disk Utility.
Remove the Aperture's user preferences (com.apple.aperture.plist) from the User Library's Preferences folder as described here:

Also remove the cached /Users/YourUserName/Library/Containers/com.apple.Aperture/Container.plist
Also remove the cached /Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/com.apple.Aperture
Your User Library is hidden by default in Mt. Lion - to open it in a Finder window use the "Go" menu from the Finder's main menu bar.
Quit Aperture, if it is running. Log off and on again.
Open the user library by using the Finder's "Go > Go to Folder" menu and hold down the options-key, until "Library" appears in the drop down menu. Select it.
In the widow that will open, scroll down to "Preferences"
From the "Preferences" folder remove "com.apple.Aperture.plist".
From the "Containers" folder remove com.apple.Aperture/Container.plist
From the "Caches" folder remove com.apple.Aperture
Then try to launch Aperture again.
But deleting the "Preferences" file will cause Aperture to forget the preferences settings. Be prepared to have to reset all options you set using the Aperture Preferences panel.

Just updated iTunes (8/1/13) and I can't see the top menu bar which includes things like search, playlists, movies, and others of the sort. I tried dragging it around and still nothing. Any help????

Try quitting the iTunes application, then pulling the com.apple.iTunes.plist file from ~Library/Prefernces/, to get to that file, click Finder > Go > hold Option + click Library > Preferences.
Does iTunes open up normall after trashing or moving that file to the desktop?
