i just updated my iphone and afterwards all my contacts have disappeared! how do i get them all back?? please help
Try to restore from a back-up. But by now, I'm sure you have them all back.

Your iPhone is designed to sync contacts with a contact manager on your computer or iCloud. You can re-sync them from there.

So just downloaded 5.0 and it deleted all my contacts, how can I get it all back? I already tryed the "Back Up" or "Restore" and it's still blank on my iphone??
You should have been syncing your contacts to your computer regularly. Just sync them back ot the iphone from your computer.

can anyone help me please. i stupidly deleted icloud as i thought that was what was giving me problems with phone. didnt realise it would delete all my contacts as well. i then, again stupidly I think, synced my phone backing up the phone to the computer and probably overriding the cotnacts that were on my computer? Anyway, can anyone tell me how you back up from the computer BACK TO THE PHONE to see if I can get my contacts back? Would be very grateful if you could give me the step by step idiots guide as I am really nervous around technical stuff

It's nothing to do with my computer, and I've been to the Geniius bar but they couldnt help and nothing I seem to do lets me update my Apps and even worse, I cant even buy any more. Any suggestions?

Help! I synced my iPhone and it deleted all my contacts!
I have iPhone 4 and Office 2010. All my contacts were saved in Outlook 2010. I synced my iPhone on Monday and when it was done, I noticed it had deleted all of my 400+ contacts, both in the iPhone and in Outlook, and replaced them with just three contacts I had added over the weekend. How can this happen and how can I get the contacts back? Someone please help!
If you did not sync after your contacts were deleted, your backup contains your contacts and events. A backup is made every time you sync, but each time you sync, the old backup is replaced with the new one.

If your contacts are still on your computer, use the option to replace the contact info on the phone during the next sync. You can find these settings in the info pane, advanced section when you connect your phone. -
I just update iTunes today and it deleted all of my music.
iTunes completely cleared my library except for a few random albums when I used to have thousands of songs. Thankfully I still have them in a folder on my computer but when I try to drag and drop all of my songs onto the library, it shows a circle with a diagonal bar across, meaning I can't do that. Now I have no idea what to do and am really ****** at iTunes.

I have two iTunes accounts. One was set up for my iPhone; the second was created for my iPad. I just updated my iPhone and it linked my to my second iTunes account instead of my primary account. How can I change it back to my primary account?

Uhless this program will get the iPod out of recovery mode you will have to restore via iTunes.
