I just updated to lastest OS, i get error msg unable to connect to server. After update, I couldnt complete the update process. How do i fix?
I couldnt complete the process after the update. The system wouldnt accept my 2nd email address. Now i am unable to restart that process. I get Unable to connect to server everytime i try to access my ICloud from my iphone
If you buy an iLife '11 install DVD (eBay, Amazon) you could upgrade your iPhoto right away. The earlier iPhoto '11 versions are compatible with MacOS X 10.6.8.
but I can't until I upgrade from OS X 10.6.8. Trying to figure out how to do that...

Try the following.
Go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (This removes your data from your device, but not from your account, it will be added back later).
Restart the device.
Sign in again (Settings > iCloud, don't use the 'Create New Apple ID' button). -
using Bridge CS5 to exporting to flickr, but get error message "Unable to connect to Flickr, please check your internet connection and try again." please help?
I'm experiencing the same problem. Don't think I can help, but maybe I can offer an explanation. It looks as if Flickr has changed their API and Adobe will need to update the export plugin to comply to get it working again. I found this announcement on Flickr:

In the icloud settings, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions to use icloud. However, when I click on "Terms and conditions", I get a message "unable to connect to server". This has been happening for a week now since I upgraded to iOS 7.06. There is no problem with my wifi or cellular connectivity, all other applications work perfectly. P.S.I have never used icloud before, but wish to do so now. How do I overcome this problem?
Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

I updated Flashplayer and then found that Google Chrome has installed itself on my PC. I swear I did not give it permission. I was then unable to connect to my usual websites, getting message unable to connect to ....
I have uninstalled Chrome and now cannot access the internet via Firefox.If the printer is WPS capable.. most wireless printers are.. please us the WPS method.
Open the airport utility and highlight your TC..
Then go to the top menu area... and select WPS.
This will open another menu area. I recommend you select first attempt.
Then select WPS connection in the printer and attempt to connect.. you have 60sec to connect.. after which any attempt will fail. -
I updated my MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion and now it is slow in starting up and loads a number of probrams. How can I fix the problem?
Have you tried starting in Safe Mode and see if the slowness still occurs?
Restart holding the "shift" key.
(Expect it to take longer to start this way because it runs a directory check first.)
If this works look in System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login items and delete any third party login items (-), you can always add them back with the (+). Also look in /Library/Startup Items. Nothing is put in that folder by default, so anything in there is yours.
Reboot normally and test. -
Getting error msg -unable to locate syncuicorelocalized.dll any thoughts?
Every time I sync Iphone 5 or IPad I get this error msg. "Unable to locate SynCUIcorelocalized.dll".
It appears that my unit synced, but I'm not sure. Any hints?That is not a Firefox file, try re-installing your printer driver to see if it helps.

I've attempted numerous times to sign on to my hotmail account. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I also get a message connection to server failed. Everything else connects fine, except my email. Could I possibly be locked out due to the numerous attempts I have made to log on?
It sounds as if your account has been compromised. I would recommend logging into those accounts from your computer and their websites and changing your password.

I can't open FF, without being prompted to reboot. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but get the same prompt to reboot.
Try Safe Mode to get around the loop and see whether it lets you remove just the add-on you want to remove.

I plugged my iPad to my computer this morning and it said there was a new version of IOS available. Tried to install.
Install failed.
Now itunes won't open: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Went to www.itunes.com, downloaded and tried to install. Install failis saying I need to verify that I have credentials to run the program. Choices: Abort, Try again, Ignore. Needless to say the only choice that works in Abort, so I can't connect my iPad to iTunes.
Is there a way to uninstall the program and then try again?

bit instead of closing, it reopened
