I just upgraded from a 4 to a 4s, and the restore worked, but..

iTunes won't recognize the phone. It just keeps asking me to restore or register it as a new phone. What is going on??

When i download a video from camera roll onto my pc only the sound works but no picture

ive transfered plenty of videos from my camera roll onto my pc with no problem.but once i download them into a file there is no thumb picture and when i try playing on vlc,real player,quicktime i get no picture only sound.the only one what i can play on is itunes but thats jumpy picture any ideas?am thinking this happened after i updated my iphone?

Just upgraded from a PC to a iMAC, will the PC code work with the Mac to install PSE12 ?

I will be picking up my new iMAC tomorrow and would like to know if the serial number from my PC version of PSE 12 will work with the iMac ?? I am the original owner of PSE 12
and I'd hate waste more money on something that I don't have to do... and i really can't afford to buy the new version of PSE...

It depends on the type of your purchase. If you bought the boxed version then it must have come with medias for PCs as well as MACs. If this is so then YES your serial number will work with either systems.
If, however, you bought a download version from Adobe website, or your boxed version did not come with both medias then the answer is NO. the serial in this case won't work with MAC version.

If your backup is encrypted and you don't know the password anymore, you'll have to start from the beginning and set up the phone without the backup. An encrypted backup can't be used anymore without the correct password.

The 'Backup/sync to Photoshop.com' functionality is no longer supported in PSE11. Instead of Photoshop.com we have added support for Import/Export to Adobe Revel. Try this out and let us know your feedback. Just upgraded...why can't I see the information section on the left hand side anymore in iphoto '11? I used it all the time.

I've just upgraded from iphoto '08 to iphoto '11 and I'm really missing the information pane on the bottom left hand side (under where events, album, libraries etc are). I used to use this all the time when importing photos to sort them into Events and now I can't seem to get it back. Does it not exist in the new iphoto? Thanks, Hellen

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

Updated from v28.0 to 29.0 and the Roboform toolbar disappeared!

I just updated from v28.0 to 29.0 and the Roboform toolbar disappeared. Actually, it reappears sometimes at the very bottom of the screen. Any idea how to get it back to the top where it belongs? I checked the add-ons screen and it is enabled and apparently compatable with FF v.29.0.
