I just upgraded to Firefox 4 and I get this error window that displays off and on screen this what I can read " ug-in object: TypeError:" and the second line "id] is undefined" but when I click the OK button the Firefox opens ok. What's wrong?

I also have the same issue with McAfee SiteAdvisor and FF4 on a MacBook Pro running the latest version of Snow Leopard. I have put in a service request with McAfee and will update this post in approx 48 hours unless they respond sooner. Seems like a far to common app to somehow have "missed" testing on a browser release that was scheduled for a while.

When I put my mouse over the firefox icon in the lower tray it shows small pictures of the home page but when i click on these they will not open to a full page. I am using windows 7. This problem just started today. I can use internet explorer without a problem. Thanks for any assistance you can give. Help.Then the next step would be to restore your phone. My advice is that prior to restoring you import your photos and videos to your computer and back up your contacts (by syncing them with iCloud or to a supported program on your computer using iTunes) as a number of users report losing these when restoring their device.

i just bought an apple tv and it wont stream music from my imac. when i click on the apple tv music icon it accesses the itunes store and brings up only that music i have purchased from apple instead of all the music i have stored in itunes on my imac.
The music icon will only access your purchased music. You need to go to the computer icon. It must be on and running iTunes, and home-sharing enabled in order for it to be accessible to Apple TV

Our company have just upgraded to iOS 6 and the majority of the users are now receiving the following error 'Cannot Get Mail – Server error. Contact your server administrator' when accessing ms exchange this never happened on iOS 5 can anyone help

Just upgraded to 6.1 and immediately lost Dolby Digital 5.1 sound when streaming Netflix. Anyone else experience this? Any fix? Thanks!

Yesterday, since I downloaded the latest version 3.6.6, every time firefox opens and when I click on something, I get multiple error windows that say "ERROR: Security Manager Vetoed Action". I can't hardly use if anymore because of all the window pop-ups. What can I do? Can I go back to an older version?

It should have noted that the backup was complete on the backup page. Try rebooting your computer and try it again.

The calendar icon on my iphone 6 shows that I have 2 items in my inbox but when I click on it it takes me to the full year calendar, at bottom of screen it says Inbox (2) - when i click on that the screen goes black for a second and then defaults back to the home screen. You can transfer itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back. -

I can see my photos but when I click on some they do not open only and ! mark is shown

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Um, this makes no sense. The binary is already on the device, it came directly from Apple so I'm not sure where the hold up is. I guess it depends on what is exactly "Verifying update ..." is. I always believed it was about checking to ensure the binary was proper; not sure why it has to call back to Apple servers in that case.
It's super annoying. Apple really needs to fix this problem. Especially when one has to leave and needs to take their devices with them...
Last time this happened, all I had to do was connect to iTunes and the issue cleared out immediately and updated. -
I can also right click on the "new tab" sign, and click on new tab and still I can't get a new tab to open. Never had this problem before.
iirc there is a compatibility issue with the Ask Toolbar, and I think your Sytem Details indicate you may be using that, try disabling or uninstalling the Ask toolbar to see if that solves the problem.
