What's the format of your video? That will give you a hint as to what plugin is failing (or missing).
If you don't know, what's the URL of your site - it shouldn't take long for someone to work out the specifics.

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

Why am I getting "Plug-In Failure" when I try to upload content?

Hey friends...
As my title says I'm getting "Plug-In Failure" when I try to upload to sites I need to use for work.
This happened after I used Clean My Mac to free up some space. Evidently I removed an important Flash Player component. Since then I have removed and replaced Flash Player twice.
I'm still getting the "Plug-In Failure" on sites like Amazon.com, Ribbet.com, and Gotprint.com. It seems to only happen when I try to upload my content.
I'm running Lion/10.7.5.
Any suggestions for me?

Have you reset your phone? Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go. (No data loss)

I am so sorry I am frustrating you. This is the first time I have used this community and am leanring as I go. I am not able to see the entire post that you leave, unless I look at it on my phone (email)--I am so sorry. You have no idea how much i appreciate your help. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. Are you saying that you had all your music safely stored in itunes and now it's all gone? You might try getting back the itunes folder that contains all your music (you haven't told us what kind of computer you're using) from a computer backup, say from a day ago. If using a mac, look in Time Machine, in the music folder for your account.

I upgraded my laptop and switched my mail to iCloud not knowing I was about to lose access to my mail on my desktop iMac (which will not upgrade to iCloud). Can I use an email client (i.e. Eudora) on the iMac and download mail from iCloud? Otherwise, I have to open Safari, sign in to iCloud, then mail, before obtaining my mail. I would like to click an email on my desktop and the be able to access email.

Are you sure, you are viewing the correct iPhoto library? iPhoto may have created a new Library.
Hold down the alt/options key ⌥, while you double click iPhoto to launch it. Is there more than one Photo Library in the panel that opens? Then try the other libraries, if your photos are in there.

Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

Upgrading from Snow Leopard to Lion or Mountain Lion

If you sign into the App Store and try to purchase Mountain Lion but the App Store says your computer is not compatible then you may still be able to upgrade to Lion per the following information.

As you have Leopard it's possible your Mac is a PPC one: if this is the case you cannot upgrade any further.

Likely because it's a not self contained and/or it's game and copy protected, so install it via the developers instructions instead, which likely means it will have ot be uninstalled off the first machine, the developer contacted for a new license key before installing on the newer machine.
If you want it on both machines, you will need to likely buy another license.
Most developers are fine with transfering license between machines, you have to contact them.
They just want to make sure it's only on one machine so they are not getting robbed.

Have you confirmed that you successfull purged iTunes Match by also looking on an iOS device? If so, keep in mind that Apple's servers may be experiencing a heavy load right now. They just added about 19 countries to the service and I've read a few accounts this morning that suggests all's not running perfectly right now.
