I have been in and out of the forums all day trying to figure out why i cant update my Iphone... I keep getting the "Your Iphone is being set up for software update" and then A 1602 ERROR!!!! I have tried apples trouble shooting and i have tried some of your guys' fixes, but keep getting the same dang thing... PLEASE IF THERE IS SOMEONE ELSE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE AND GOT IT FIXED... PLEASE HELP!!

To resolve it, Run the Cleaner tool to remove Ps CC :http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . and then try installing Ps again.

Running Win7Pro64. Tried to update to 3.6.4 and it failed. It said to download the whole program so I did. Tried to install and says that the "License File" is missing. SO I go to un-install 3.6.3 myslef with Control Panel. All that did was remove Firefox as a listed program in control panel, all of it is still there in Explorer and it runs fine. So I go to use Helper.Exe under the Uninstall folder of Mozilla Firefox and when I click that, it says "Not a Valid Win-32 Application" What's up with that?? All I want to do is remove 3.6.3 so that I can clean install 3.6.4. I tried installing 3.6.4 two different ways with failures both times. I tried to remove 3.6.3 using two different ways, and that also failed both times.

I just want to update OS on iphone.

I would like to update my OS on my iphone 3gs thru itunes on my windows computer. When I start the update process, I get a message saying I do not have enough space (11GB needed, 4 GB Ava.) My selected drive in preferences is my D drive which has 40 GB of free space, but the update seems to be pointing to the C drive which does not have enough memory. I have changed the preferences even though it's correct, and tried other trouble shooting. My itunes is the latest version. Can someone offer good advice?

If it's in recovery mode (iTunes logo and USB cable on the screen) then there is nothing on the phone to lose. Everything that was on it is already gone. If you've been backing up on a regular basis and syncing your contacts to a supported cloud service or contact manager, you should simply be able to restore it.

The Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD should still be available from Apple for $20. You will have to call Apple Customer Care 1-800-692-7753 or 1-800-676-2775 to purchase it. It may still be in the Legacy Products list. The App Store which is required to download 10.7 or 10.8 is part of the 10.6.6 update.
If they no longer have any in stock you will have to buy it from eBay or Apple resellers that still have stock. But you will have to pay a premium since the DVDs are no longer being made. Snow Leopard DVDs are already up to $100 on Amazon.

I don't think that is an option. iOS 5 new features is tabbed browsing, it replaced the old window interface.

It may happen because sometimes things just go wrong.
