I just want to cancel an annual subscription to Forms Central - why is it so complicated?

I understand it too.... I CAN NOT cancel it by chat cause they are always off-line or not there, i CAN NOT CALLING neigther cause i can not call from my country, they give number of Europe and im in Canada so its too much expensive...
What could us do then? I JUST WANT CANCEL MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIBE!!!! i dont care to paid the half of the total remaining... i JUST WANT CANCEL IT FOR STOPING TO PAID IT every month....

I want to cancel my annual subscription and get a full refund for my remaining term because adobe is canceling the formcentral service.

I will like to argue that I will have to look for new services that match my needs and prepare new forms due to this discontinuation of service by adobe. Kindly refund me for the remaining duration for formcentral sernvices.

I feel you are selling a product that does not work. Seeing all the msgs stating this, I feel you should pull the product. I got taken - you should refund - knowing you have a product that is defective. I learned - word of mouth is the best advertising you will get and I will post on my Facebook - do not buy from Adobe!
