I just want to cancel my membership and they send me to some customer service page and ask weird qs-what's going on????

Please let me know how can I cancel my membership easy and fast??? I don't need it anymore and I don't want my 30$ going to waist!

    You should be aware that anything created with CC/CC2014 can only be accessed with Adobe Acrobat/Reader, and only if saved with PDF Compatibility. You can only work on with it if you renew the subscription (temporarily) or if you downsave to a CS version that you have.

    If you have a month-to-month Acrobat.com subscription, you can cancel it yourself following the instructions in the "Cancel a month-to-month subscription" section.
    If you want to cancel an annual subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care.

    The CC was purchased on Jul 30, 2014, since it is an yearly contract so there shall be a cancellation fee attached to it, which is 50% of the remaining months of the contract fee.

    Else, you will need to contact our support for assistance with the process: Contact Customer Care
