    Oh, I see! You purchased your subscription through the App store, that's why Adobe doesn't have record of it. You need to go through the App store to cancel/refund your subscription.

    No discussion . I only want To make ONE page PDF . and not use again for 3 to five years or more.

    You won't be able to create a PDF with the free account but you can sign up for the Basic Plan (first month is $0.99) and then stop the automatic renewal.

    If your account overview says you are on 'Spotify Free' then you should be all good! If you receive a charge just contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can take a look! :)

    I see that you have an Acrobat Pro subscription. To cancel that, please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, and Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.

    If you just want to cancel auto-renewal of the subscription then go to your iTunes Store account info (Pull down Store > Vew my account), scroll down to Settings and click the "manage" link next to subscriptions. Set auto-renew to off for Nat Geo.
    If, on the other hand, you want a refund, you'll need to contact iTunes Store support directly: <https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=PF4>. However, according to the TOS you agreed to when you created your iTunes Store account all digital sales are final. If you're polite, though, and make your case iTunes Store support will probably be able to help you.

    You should be able to resolve both of these issues  through the "My Account" function (https://secure.skype.com/portal/overview). You will need to sign in using your Skype name and password to access this page.
    Your active subscriptions should be shown to the left of the page under your profile picture. In order to manage your stored payment method, click the "billing information" option under the heading "Billing and Payments" then select the "stored payment details".
