I just want to know why is it that i cannot connect to internet or any apps in my itouch even though i am connected to wifi,and all the apps in my itouch i cannot use...
i just want to ask why is it i cannot log in or use any of my apps in my itouch,eventhough i have wifi?when im trying to login to FB or YM it says unable to connect.and if im trying to connect to YM it says im appears to be offline,when in fact i am connected to smartbro wifi...

first itunes store need an American apple ID with an American credit to purchase DIRECTLY from iphone and this all people outside US dont have , so no one outside US and (major countries) can download music directly from thier Iphone
Second , if we assume I can download from itunes , itunes store dont have all the music you need for example Iam in middle east I listen to arabic music and itunes dont have most of the arabic music I listen to and this is a HUGE problem for all costumers in middle east and similiar countries .
Third, mac users can download music from the internet other than itunes store even if it illegal why that ?? and NOT all free websites are illegal like (nogomistars) for arabic music .
I just want to say that I love my iphone and I love apple. But you should give iphone users a free using for their phones like you do with mac users for the reason that i gave it you above .

I want to know why some box of Iphone5s it's not come full accessories in box simple my iPhone 5s I have bought from Apple store last week it's first time for me use iPhone but so surprise me how the company make the phone have to use a pin to open the sim but didn't give a pin inside the box and I ask staff at store their said they also don't know some box have some of are don't have a pin come together so then they told me I have to find solution or I have to buy a pin by my self I can buy it by myself but I really don't understand how come apple big company but how it's happen like this?thank you.
Where did you purchase this. The US phones do not come with the SIM removal tool anymore. They haven't for some time now. I'm not even sure it comes with any of the devices anymore. You can just straighten out a paper clip and do the same thing.

Did you try to reset your iPod? The description of what yu did was not clear. To reset:
Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Next would be to restore the iPod from backup and if problem persists restore to factory defaults/new iPod. -
I joined xdating a couple of weeks ago and I received some messages asking for a reply and it was after I started to reply that I realised my messages weren't getting through nor have i received any since the initial activity. I got some message showing a long list of threats I think from security, firefox,avg maybe, I just don't know,it was lists of numbers. this was what made me think it might be firefox mail security. I have disabled avg and it has made no difference. If it's not firefox then what could it be,I would appreciate some advice. thank you

It says cannot connect to iTunes store when I click purchase history even though I'm already connected to the iTunes store?
Same phone and ios, same problem. Worked just fine for me Sunday, but nothing today, all day. As a workaround I found I can still connect using iTunes on my Macbook Pro, the I synch my iPhone. There are way too many people with the same problem for it to be anything but Apples problem. Hope this helps.

I just bought the Ipad and even the apps that I have deleted long time ago keep showing in purchased list even though most of them are free.Its realy annoying to not be able to delete them .Is there a way to delete them or is Apple workign on fixing this problem?
If you want to delete an app forever.
1st delete the app on your iPad and on any other iOS devices.
2nd delete the app from iTunes on your PC. -
how can I fix this? all my apps disappeared! i tried restarting, location, network, unplugging, fixing HDMI....all brings me back to two apps on the front.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123. -

If that is correct, you will need to update to at least 10.0.6 in order to use the Mac App Store and redownload your purchased apps.
