My macbook pro (2010 13inch) is really laggy when I'm using apps like iTunes and safari. the arrow on the screen seems to not respond and is laggy and when viewing videos it can be really laggy. I just want to know if it was a problem i could fix, thanks.
You might start with:
Open Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder. Select All Processes from the Processes dropdown menu. Click twice on the CPU% column header to display in descending order. If you find a process using a large amount of CPU time, then select the process and click on the Quit icon in the toolbar. Click on the Force Quit button to kill the process. See if that helps. Be sure to note the name of the runaway process so you can track down the cause of the problem.
If the above reveals nothing helpful, then create a new user account. Log out of your account and log into the new account. Do the problems cease? -
I have an eight (8) GB iPhone 3G, but when on iTunes on my Mac, it says my phone only has 6.9 GB of space total. I just want to know why this is, and if I am able to get a new phone because of malfunction. Thanks!

first itunes store need an American apple ID with an American credit to purchase DIRECTLY from iphone and this all people outside US dont have , so no one outside US and (major countries) can download music directly from thier Iphone
Second , if we assume I can download from itunes , itunes store dont have all the music you need for example Iam in middle east I listen to arabic music and itunes dont have most of the arabic music I listen to and this is a HUGE problem for all costumers in middle east and similiar countries .
Third, mac users can download music from the internet other than itunes store even if it illegal why that ?? and NOT all free websites are illegal like (nogomistars) for arabic music .
I just want to say that I love my iphone and I love apple. But you should give iphone users a free using for their phones like you do with mac users for the reason that i gave it you above .

Can you use an iTunes gift card to purchase things actually in an app? (Buy "coins" using the gift card?)
No idea, but it seems like you should be able to. You can give it a try, but will have to figure out some way around the automatic 1-click ordering that the App Store now does by default.
It certainly seems like something deserving of a feedback form submission, though ...

I joined xdating a couple of weeks ago and I received some messages asking for a reply and it was after I started to reply that I realised my messages weren't getting through nor have i received any since the initial activity. I got some message showing a long list of threats I think from security, firefox,avg maybe, I just don't know,it was lists of numbers. this was what made me think it might be firefox mail security. I have disabled avg and it has made no difference. If it's not firefox then what could it be,I would appreciate some advice. thank you

So, this past week I had a lot of problems with my computer and had to replace my hard drive. Doing so, meant that I lost all my files, pictures, Word, Power Point, and Lightroom 5.0 which I just got in December. Right now, I just am downloading the Cloud, and it says that Lightroom is downloading. I hope that it will be on my computer and all good but Im really not sure if I'm doing the right thing. I tried calling customer service TWICE yesterday, got put on hold both times, once for 25 minutes the other for 32 minutes. I was dumb. BUT if you are able to help me get Lightroom back on to my computer that would be wonderful. If I am already on the right path and just have to wait for it to finish downloading that woohoo!!

I had some issues with my PC lately and I had to re-install and go back to the factory settings, I don't know if I had a bug or what, so I had to re-load a lot of stuff. I downloaded Firefox, Greasemonkey, and a few other things for the MW game but when I logged into FB to play at the top of the main FB page it used to have options "turn on&off" ,settings, updates, etc. Now I don't see it there anymore. I'm wondering did I do something wrong in the download? or did you guys change things? How do I get that back? because I don't know how to change the settings to help in wars and such. Thank you. Is Greasemonkey running? It's a little to easy to disable by clicking the monkey icon (which causes it to have a faded appearance).
For each script hosted on userscripts.org, when you are on the page with the description, you will notice a Discussions tab. You usually can read posts about new bugs and workarounds for the script there if the above is not helpful. -

If it's the same apple ID and you are sure, then it's probably just checking for authorization holds, etc. and that your billing is valid.

I purchased extra turns on the Emoji Pop game app but never recieved them but money was taken out of my bank account. I ended up clicking buy a couple times because it wasn't going through and having me sign in my Apple ID. It took about $10 out of my account for a $1.99 purchase but didnt get what i bought.

After downloading the Sims app, i purchased items from it. I checked my credit card account and the purchase was made, but after checking the app, the items i payed for weren't there. A message saying "Error: contact iTunes support" popped up. I just want to know why my purchase wasn't returned with the items i payed for. And if im not going to get them, how can i get my money back.

My laptop is up and the Internet is fine. I can search in the iTunes store all I want. I cannot update any purchase nor make new ones because the CC on my account is not good. I bought an I tunes gift card so I had a balance available. But everytime I try to take off that bad CC it says "Try again later." It's been 3 days! I need to update my apps. I'd make a new apple ID but I don't want to lose my gc $$ nor all my purchases. When will the store "be ready??"
