I use an AOL account on Mail
How do i set up a rule:
where I just want to save mail that i open - not all mail- how do i do this. I cant find a rule that would do this.
I dont want to have to manually copy each email that i open to my hard drive.
Any suggestions?

Try this:
Open Mail preferences > Accounts > Advanced.
Below "Keep copies of messages for offline viewing:" select Only messages I've read.

Call the apple store you got it from and ask them. Sometimes in the past they've extended the 'no questions asked return' but only Apple can tell you for sure.

To download songs from your iCloud library to a computer:
In iTunes, select Music (below Library).

I'm sorry, but I don't want to give you bad advice at this point. I don't use Numbers and I would not know how to extract a sheet from the file - which it sounds like you need to do - based on my very, very limited experience with spreadsheet files.

It sounds like you restored from an old back-up. Did you back-up just before your software update? It will use your last one and if your last back-up was a ywear old then it will use that one.
In general, if you are getting these messages on your iPhones select logout (when you get that Apple Id request) and then log back in with your newer ID.

Just published my podcast, but the artwork is not showing up. How can I make this magic happen?
I just recently published a podcast, and since the name is similar to many others, the artwork will be critical in allowing others to find it. How can I make it visible?
If your image is correctly referenced in the feed it will appear in the Store page, but for a new podcast it cn take some days after the podcast appears in the Store before the image appear, so I'm afraid it's just a question of waiting.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

I have 2 separate charges for $20 each on my bank statement from Itunes. In my purchase history - it isn't showing up. How do I get reimbursed for these charges?
You should contact Apple. If the purchase is not in your iTunes history should not be difficoult to get reimbursed.

Edit in iphoto 11 just duplicates the photo but won't open the edit tools. How can I fix this?

Thank you Pat..that was very kind of you to help. And yes-it does happen with every pdf. But you're right-if I just say yes one time..then I'm not prompted the next time I open that particular pdf-but it does make me confirm I want to write over the same name the file had already in order to save it.
I made all my pdf's with the Chrome save as pdf command..never had a error message in prior Acrobat when closing the file.
