I keep downloading latest version but iPhone keeps telling me to update.
I have downloaded the latest version of iTunes at least 5 times @ 3 hrs each time and I sync my iPhone to iTunes. Each time I try to purchase a new ringtone, my iPhone tells me to update to latest version. It's very frustrating.

iTunes is for the PC, not your phone. Get on your computer, go to Apple, download the latest iTunes, update and then plug your phone in.

I download latest version but the older version opens.

A .exe popped up to "update to latest version". I wanted to confirm this was from Mozilla so I went into contact, and planned on sending a message. Two things I noticed:
1) There was not a text box for me to write out a message with my inquiry.
2) There was a dropdown for me to select- if I was a User, Advertiser, Business Developer, etc.; however, the word "Business" was misspelled- a typical sign of phishing, and not something that I would think you would not have caught on your browser help tools.
Needless to say, I discontinued and closed the browser window. One way or another, I thought you would like to have this brought to your attention.

I have downloaded new version, but still getting message "Urgent to Update". What do I do next?
I got the message that it was time to download the newest version of Firefox. I clicked, and followed the steps. It showed to be downloading, and it checked for viruses, etc. But the message is still showing that it is "urgent" that I download the newest version or I won't be protected. When I click the "Help" and "check for newest versions" it shows me there is nothing available. What should I do next??

If you have downloaded and installed Firefox 3.6.13, you may have an incorrect user agent string. Some add-ons modify the user agent string causing it to show an old version of Firefox even if you have the latest version installed. If the user agent string is correct, how did you install the new version? You mentioned downloading the new version but did not mention running the setup file that was downloaded to install the new version. -
I have Pages, created a document in it LAST NIGHT and today it will not open, advising that I need to have the latest version of Pages to open. I have the latest version and it STILL won't open! Help! Thanks!
You leave us to guess what you think is the "latest version".
You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

when I tried to import bookmarks into Google chrome from Firefox, I got message that I had to close Firefox 1st, which implies it did open; however I can't see it anywhere and I attempted many times to open it.
I had the same issue and resolved it
I first remove the prefs folder and the plist files for illustrator in ~/Libary
next I logged off,
then I uninstalled illustrator using the adobe uninstaller(http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html)
Next I reinstall illstrator
after that it worked for me. -
I keep getting the message when I open Muse CC, that the latest version is here and that i need to download it... But when i click "Download Latest Version" and it takes me to the applications manager it tell me that Muse is "Up to date"..... I also downloaded a template from Muse and it tells me when I open it that i also need the latest version... Can anyone explain why Iam getting this message and Why I can not up date?... If you home page is google.com/firefox that page is wrong. Change your home page to about:home or some other page.

On opening my Itunes it asks if I want to download latest version - usually I say yes and away it goes, but lately it redirects me to the Apple site like I am downloading it for the first time and i am scared if I go through with it that it will create a new Itunes and my old one will be lost and all my songs - is this happening to anybody else - will it override your old itunes?? An iPhone 3GS is too old to update to the very latest iOS and you will never be able to use apps that are compatible. The phone is just too old now in technology terms and the app makers have all moved on, so it's time to get a new phone.
Ideally, perhaps get an iPhone 4s or if you can afford it, an iPhone 5s or 5c which are the newest models.

Adobe Reader X crashes when connected to Internet
I have several systems which I've updated to Adobe Reader X. On *one* of the systems, Reader crashes ~10 seconds after opening it. This happens whether I open a document or just the application with no document. Platform is WinXP-32. There are no
