I keep entering correct icloud password but keeps saying it is incorrect. what do i do ?

I've changed my password numerous times trying to get it to sign me in. and it is still saying incorrect password.

Well, that is probably part of the problem. Where is it that you are trying to sign in? Are you getting a little window asking you to sign in?
And were you changing your password in Manage your Apple ID?

Why do I have to keep entering my icloud password when I use air drop?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

In the iCloud pane of System Preferences, uncheck the box marked Mail and check it again.

Almost every time I enter the mail app, and randomly throughout the day, my iPhone keeps popping this box up asking for me to enter my iCloud password. I enter it and it goes away. I know the password I'm entering is correct, but, my question is - why is this happening? I've had every iPhone ever made and just recently bought the 6 Plus and this is the first time ever I've encountered the issue. Any help on getting this annoying popup to stop is greatly appreciated. Try signing out of the acount comletely and then signing back in again. If it doesn't help and you have more devices, sign out everywhere and try again.

Keeps asking for correct iCloud password

The past few days I've been getting this window popping up asking me to enter my iCloud password. When I enter the correct one, it says it is incorrect and to enter the correct one.
I have not changed my iCloud password at all recently. Could this be related by any chance to the fact I now have IOS 8 and the new Cloud Drive? I did not elect to use the Cloud Drive as I believe I need to wait until Yosemite is installed down the road. Any help would be appreciated

Fantastical is asking for a password because Apple are now requiring app-specific password for third-party applications to access iCloud if you have set up two-step verification (in other words you have to obtain an individual password for any non-Apple program that wants to access iCloud).
Select 'Password and Security'; click 'Generate an App-Specific Password' and follow the instructions. Once you have the password, copy it and paste it into the password field in Fantastical. You should also keep a note of it (though you can generate a new one if required)

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. You can now go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your correct iCloud ID and password.

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

That is the activation lock. Your iPad will be useless unless you can remove it.
