Every time i log into Firefox i get a box that pops up and says, This is embarrassing Firefox seemed to have crashed send a crash report would you like to quit Firefox or restart? then i restart Firefox i go to the website of my choice when i log out that box pops up again so annoying has been going on for days! and right after they updated can anyone please tell me what to do? obviously this is really pathetic that i have to get other peoples solutions instead of Firefox contacting me directly...
Well i tried the Microsoft Malware and everything is fine on this end and you are still crashing on me so with that said,i am giving you one more day to resolve this issue if i still get crashes from you i am sorry to say i will have to try another company as my browser and see if i have an issue with them if i don't,i will not be reinstalling Firefox again if i do,then it may be another issue so i will have to see but i have no Malware here but thank you for your response anyway...

Some of the songs I have downloaded into i tunes won't play when I select it to do so. The error message I get is "The song can not be used because the original file can not be found. Would you like to locate it?" When I select yes I'm sent to a screen that has my i tunes library listed. When I select the song in question I'm asked if I would like to open the song. Presuming they're on your computer, right click on them and then follow the prompts to locate hte file on your computer.

Mozilla seems to have done a recent "upgrade" and it has slowed my computer down, created viruses and I continue to get pop ups that last a mile long. I am not sure what has been done, but, I am ready to leave Mozilla.
Do a malware check with some malware scan programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

When I upgraded to 4.0 I started getting an error message pop-up when I log on saying "uninstal set". I can acknowledge and clear it but it pops-up again whenever the screen changes. I have no idea what I need to "uninstal". If there is any more information needed please e-mail me.

I can see the video, but get no sound.
I filed a bug report at Bugzilla at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ . The bug number is 667399. It turns out that this bug was reported earlier in June of 2010 as 572801. Then Firefox 4 would have been in use. My report shows the same bug also is active in Firefox 5. Several confirmed the original bug and suggested why it happened. However apparently nothing was done during the Firefox 4 era. Could it be that difficult to correct the problem? Several other current browsers, even including IE9, do not have this problem. Someone needs to twist the tail of that Firefox to get it to correct the bug :-). Or perhaps Firefox 6 should be a special update just to correct unresolved bugs.

I try to play the Itunes song I purchased. I have a new computer, another internet provider since I purchased the songs, and have switched to a new internet browser Internet Explorer 8. I keep getting a dialog box saying "this computer is not authorized to play the song. would you like to authorize it?
An old Apple ID popps up and I am asked for the old passwork which I no longer remember. I successfully changed to a new Apple ID and password.

I had to restore my computer to a previous restore point. When I tried opening firefox 4.0, nothing happened. Frustrated, I tried removing the program, but ran into the same problem: nothing happened. I went to Processes in Windows Task Manager, and firefox.exe was not running. Tried using the suggestions to create another profile, and entering the command into run brought up an error saying that firefox has crashed.
OK - undo the changes you made to DEP.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "com.vsearch.agent.plist" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.

You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select

iTunes keeps popping up a dialog box that says "An update to the carrier settings for your iPhone is available. Would you like to download it?" What is this? When I click on the "Learn More" button in the dialog box it takes me to a generic iTunes support page that has no relevance to carrier settings.
I got this three times within the last 4 hours and have been getting it almost every day since I use my new iPhone 6 - over a week now. This happens almost every time I connect the phone to my MacBook Pro, although every time I confirm and it indicates successful update.
It is highly unlikely that my carrier updates settings on daily basis or three times a day. It is almost surely a bug in the Apple system and anything but a timely and effective solution is unacceptable.
For debugging information, I recovered a backup from my former iPhone 5 onto the new one, using the same carrier and SIM. -
I just watched the tutorial and did exactly what it was telling me to do, and I still can't get it done. Once I have selected the file, I get a box that pops up that says "Subscribe now to convert unlimited number of files to PDFs. Subscribe Now. I already have done this! I am a subscriber! You might try accessing the same service for some other PDFs and check.
Have you signed up correctly at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
If the same message pops up, then please visit Contact Customer Care as they could let you know if there is any problem with your account.

You should change your AppleID password NOW. And if it says it was registered under another AppleID, the thief has probably done it.
