Try going to Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access and delete the password there. While there. Keychain Access menu/First Aid.

It is possible the versions you have are not compatible with your new Mac. Could you please tell us the following:
1. What OS are you running.
To get this info, click on the Apple on the top left, then select About This Mac. The OS X version is there.
2. What are the versions of the apps that are giving you problems?
To get this info, double click on the hard drive icon and open the Applications folder. Select an application and right click on it. Then select Get Info. The version number is there.

Sometimes that you see something it saves in cache, (or could be that the show is in progress to be deleted) so here's the problem.
Just restart your device to see if the cache of the shows deletes themselves.
Then try to import your music again.

It appears that something happened to yur computer/iTunes files. It happens sometimes. To recovery:
- Import the old music into the current iTunes library
- Make sure all the apps are also in the library
- If in the USA and therplaces where iCloud has benn released you can redownload most iTunes puchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- You can always redownload apps at no additional cost as long as you are singned into the same iTunes account the originally purchased them.
- After all the suff in in the iTunes library, make a backup of the iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer and right clicking on the iPOd under Devices in iTunes.
- Restore the iPod from backup and restore as necessary.

It may be a situation where we all wait for things to clear up. The Verizon Cloud has been having issues for a very long time. Have you tried backing up contacts to your Gmail account, if you have one?

If they determine that your iphone is defective, then they will replace it.

Error message: URL's with the type "file:" are not supported. I get this pop-up twice each time I enter Safari and Mail.

Everytime I go into Mail and/or Safari, I receive a pop-up the states "There was a problem connecting to the server. URL's with the type "File:" are not supported. The pop-up comes up twice each time and I have to click "ok" to close them. Only started after install of OS Lion 10.7. Any one else have this and is there a solution.
