I keep getting a 'program error' when I try to import an image

I just downloaded photoshop cc and when I try to import an image into my project it keeps giving me a 'program error' Does anyone else have this problem?

OK, then I don't know what would be causing it.
We haven't seen such problems on MacOS 10.9.
What else did you change on the system since it was last working?

The error message is misleading, the problem is that you need WRITE privileges added to the destination directory tree.
Assuming you are using the "date" structure that LR defaults to, find the directory that contains the 2014 folder (the one that works) and add WRITE rights to the parent of "2014".
While you are there, if you want, add "2015" folder to beside "2014" and add READ and WRITE rights to that new directory.

HT1222 MY 3 RD GENERATION KEEPS GETTING A DOWNLOAD ERROR WHEN I TRY AND DOWNLOAD THE IOS 7.02.

Everytime I try I try to update the software to IOS 7.0.2 ON my third generation IPAD, i keep getting a "download error" message

Try downloaded the update through iTunes on the computer instead of over wifi in the iPad.

I keep getting a "Transcoding error" when I try to burn a blu ray. I have elements 8 and the clip is only about 8 1/2 minutes long

I have 4gb of ram and running Vista. Dont know why I keep getting this error, its not like I'm burning a full 2 hour movie.

Please remind me, are you still working with Photoshop Elements 8 and Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1, and are your plans to incorporate your new internal hard drive into the Windows Vista 32 bit computer setup?
In Photoshop Elements 8, the path to the Scratch Disks should be Full Editor/Edit Menu/Preferences/Performance and the available Scratch Disks choices there. See Description under the Scratch Disks list for overall suggestions.
In Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1, the Scratch Disks will be found under the program's Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks.
Just do not move, delete, or rename any files/folders that are source media in a saved/closed project.
Major consideration is to check the new drive periodically to confirm that the drive letter is ot changing on you.
Did you know that you can import a raw format image into Premiere Elements, but you need to install the Camera Raw plug-in in Premiere Elements as well as Photoshop Elements. But, in a 32 bit operation and dealing with the huge dimensions of the raw image, image size is going to be a consideration in Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1.. The program will not let you import a still image with a total pixel count greater than 16777216 pixels.

I keep getting a Validation Error when I try to publish my site

I continually update my site and every time I've done it before I just click Publish and it updates all the changes I've made; but now when I click publish it tries to log in to sign in to Business Catalyst for a bit and then I get a Validation Error that says "Access using your AdobeID has timed out. Check your network connection and try again." My network connection is fine and I can log in using my AdobeID no problem so I have no idea why it's not working.

1)Sign out of muse using Help-->Sign out.
2)Close all the adobe apps.
3)Sign out of CC app by expanding the top right gear like symbol-->Preferences-->Account-->Sign Out.
4)Sign in back to CC app.
5)Launch muse and try publishing again.

"Program error" when I try to import video as layers - Photoshop CC

I am running Photoshop CC trial version and am unable to import a video as layers. I seem to be able to do eveything else, just not this.
I have Quicktime7 running as well, but that hasn't made a difference. I keep getting the message: "Could not complete your request because of a program error".
Can anyone help me?

I'm having the exact same problem, using a macbook pro retina 10.9.
Whenever I try to select 'Video frames to layers', a window immediately pops up and says 'Could not complete your request because of a program error.' I assume it must be a bug that needs to be fixed? It won't let me choose a video file at all.
I hope there is a way to fix this.

Why do I keep getting the 1439 error when I try to reset?

I see many other people have this issue. I have an iPod 160GB classic and I have followed all the steps in the support page to reset it without luck. I've used two different PCs. Nothing is connected USB except for the iPod, the latest iTunes was installed on both machines and both have USB2.0 ports. Any clues?

Keep getting the 1062 error when I try to restore

Trying to restore the software on my Apple TV2. Have tried about 5 times on two different computers with iTunes. Almost completes then I get the error.
Any ideas?

Make sure you have uploaded the files to the root folder.
Login to your hosting account file manager and make sure that the folder you have uploaded to is not protected. If it is, remove the protection or contact tech support to help you with this.

Windows 7: CS6: Getting a Program Error when flipping foreground and background colors

Yesterday, I started getting an error when trying to set the default colors and then flipping them. I also get a program error when I try to click on the foreground color and manually assigning it with white.
This is a Windows 7 Ultimate, with PS CS6.
I closed the program twice and ran into the same problem, then rebooted and got the same errors. As far as I can tell, this is the only tool or feature acting up, other than the actions which have this step in them.
Looking for an easy fix first, of course. Like maybe deleting the Prefs file? Mac people seem to have to do that regularly.
But, if nothing works, will I need to uninstall PS and reinstall it? Would that also mean I'd have to install all of my filter packages again, too?

To date, I have only restarted PS, and only rebooted and restarted PS.
I have not done any other steps. I am open to anything that keeps me from having to reload, mainly because of all of the filters, presets, actions, and so forth I'd have to find to reload from scratch.
And, please note, I am on a PC. The Command-Shift-Option is a Mac command. I assume, on a PC that would be Control-Shift-Alt?

Keeping getting the -3 error when I try to burn the music to an audio cd.

trying to transfer over library from my old hp itunes to new powerbook. burned some of the songs onto cds as data instead of audio but once the playlist was burned it said unknown error -50. then when i put the cd in my mac the same thing came up and it wasnt recognized by itunes on the powerbook. AHHHH. help please. oh and also some of my songs from the cd then went into itunes if i dragged them but some didnt. both mp3 and m4a. and i want my purchased songs to transfer too

Getting error when I try to import images into my application

I get this error when I try to import an Image file exported from my application on another PC, everythign else has moved over fine except the images:
ORA-20001: GET_BLOCK Error. ORA-20001: Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-01003: no statement parsed <pre>begin wwv_flow.g_import_in_progress := true; end; </pre>
Error installing image.
Return to application.

I tried to use an external hard drive from my windows computer that was formatted in NTFS Windows format. Mac Pro sees that hard drive as "read only". Itunes works on existing media on the hard drive to play music or movies, but when you try to purchase from itunes store and download you get the above message. You need to move your library to a library that is formatted in exFAT format (which can be used both by "windows" and mac computers.

I get the following error when I try to import a DB from my machine (9.2) to a 8.1.7.4 Unix (Sol 2.8) box. I can import locally on my 9.1 fine. Anyone hab=ve any ideas?

Whenever you are exporting and importing database remember following rules;
1. The Import utility and the database to which data is being imported (the target database) must be the same version.
2. The version of the Export utility must be equal to the lowest version of the source or target database.

Snow Leopard OS 10.6 is not available via Software Update, it is paid upgrade.
Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

Which way are you trying to update? WiFi or iTunes? In either case, I would try restarting/rebooting all devices and then try again.
IF you are using iTunes, eject your iPad, quit iTunes, reboot your computer and reset your iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen. After the iPad starts up, connect to iTunes and try again. You may also want to disable your firewall and antivirus software when you try to update using iTunes. Sometimes those will interfere with the download.
If you are using WiFi, reset the iPad as described above and try again.
If WiFi updating will not work, try using iTunes, if iTunes will not work, try using WiFi.
