I keep getting a "sign-in to iCloud" pop-up and can't use my iPad
I changed my Apple ID in ITunes a week ago, but can't change it on my iPad.....it still shows the old Apple ID. I also can't change it because that iCloud pop-up won't let me go any further. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks!

The problem is I cannot turn on wireless setting. The "sign in to icloud -- enter appleid password" popup will not go away. when i enter the pw and click ok, the same balloon pops up again. If I click "cancel" it pops again. Since I am not on the internet (because I cannot turn the ipad wireless on) the sign in to icloud obviously will not work. Vicious circle.

My ipad 2 is saying that it is disabled. I don't know what to do. My granddaughter got on it and signed me up for iCloud, I think but beyond that I don't understand.
If it's disabled as a result of entering the wrong passcode too many times, you'll have to restore it to remove the passcode as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.
If you are being prompted to enter the password of another email address because of activation lock, you'll have to contact the previous owner and have them remoce your iPad from their account, as descirbed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515. -
Okay, so here is the problem:
Since my account information is incomplete cause Iran isn't a country in the list (!!!) I am not able to add my address or anything and so I can't use neither App Store nor iTunes cuz they keeps telling me to review my info and i can't so they won't work and I'm literally stuck because what can i do without them!!that's true and I'm fully aware of it, but the thing is that I'm not asking for company's support inside the country! I just need to be able to register thoroughly so i can download apps and buy music...it's an issue which could be fixed online! Apple has so many customers here in Iran and this is the least help the company can provide those who have paid them, but are not able to receive any support from the company, currently, in their own country.
At every store around the corner here in Iran i can make a fake Apple ID, that would work, only with the help of a teenager. But i thought it would be much better if the problem could be solved from the root. i really think this should be discussed by those in charge -

Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -
My friend used my ipad2 to log into her App Store and now I cannot get her information off mine. It keeps coming up as her and my apps are in limbo rendering them useless. I have rebooted as well as log into iTunes to manage my account. None of this helped. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?
Settings->App and iTunes Stores-> Apple Id ->Sign out... Sign in again with your Apple ID.

Why do I keep getting charged for NHL stuff I didn't order, can't use, don't want?
2nd consecutive month. How much time does Verizon expect a customer to spend every month getting their bill straightened out? If there was a simple way to email the details, I wouldn't have a problem. I tried yesterday and today on customer support chat, but all agents are busy, Same exact problem last month cost me a couple of hours too. I would have thought they would have fixed it so it didn't happen again, not just reverse the charge when I complain. I wonder how much income Verizon puts in their budget for people who don't have the time to dispute unordered and unwanted extra services?

Hi, I cant login to the facebook app on my iphone 5 ios 6.0.2. I keep getting an error message saying 'There was an error logging in using single sign on' when im asked to log in again i get a 'session expired' message. This only started happening yesterday. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
I am having the same problem and took the following steps to mitigate it to no avail.
1. I deleted the Facebook app on the phone and turned off Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings.
2. I re-enabled Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings and reinstalled the Facebook app and logged in again. It worked. For about an hour.
3. I completely restored the phone to a previous backup (before the problems started) and reenabled Facebook .... reinstalled the app.... and now it works intermittenly. But it hasn't worked in about 12 hours now (just tried a few minutes ago).
Please advise. -

I have tried and tried to purchase a few things on itunes and have become frustrated

I have an IPad mini and I changed the Apple ID and the password almost one year ago and, for a while, a message asking me to sign in to ICloud pops- up constantly. My ICloud account is registered with an old email address and password. I do not remember the password to my ICloud account, and ID address that my ICloud account is registered under is an old email adress which is deleted right now (the old mail account is deleted). I don’t have a rescue email adress and I don’t know the answers to the security questions, so I have no way of changing the ICloud password. A message asking me to sign in to ICloud pops up constantly, but I always just hit cancel. However, now I am unable to access Find My IPad. How do I get my ICloud account changed and registered to be under my current Apple ID (email) and password? It is possible to set the device as New Ipad?
Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
My icloud account is not verifying it says check my mail witch I have done and I get a message say your iPhone for has been used to set up and Icloud account but still can not use the icloud can anybody help me.
Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email. -

As far as I know you can't delete the primary email address for an iCloud account. It's assigned when the account is created. But your neighbor wouldn't have been able to get into your iCloud account without your Apple ID and password. Are you sure the account wasn't still on your phone when you gave it to him?
You could migrate a copy of your data to a new iCloud account but I would still be concerned that someone else was using my old account, which presumably still has your data in it.
I'm fairly certain that you're going to have to have iCloud support help you sort this one out as they may have the ability to make changes to an existing account that users can't. Make an appointment with the genius bar at a nearby Apple store and have them take a look at it. If necessary, they should be able to contact iCloud support for you.
