This is the window I keep getting even after I authorize my computor:
I lost count on how many times I authorized my computer. I already deleted the SC file and changed the the setting as suggested in the account file in my computer, but made no difference.

Hi,
Try deleting track from your computer and go to iTunes Store>purchased under quicklinks and download again.

I have a couple of articles that should be able to help you troubleshoot this issue a little further. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes first. This has to be done in a specific manner, and this article can help you do that:

Another option is that you may want to try syncing your iPod nano manually. Here's is an article that pertains to manually managing the content of your iPod nano:

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

Note that you should be cautious when you get the 'untrusted' error message and that you should never create a permanent exception in cases like this without investigating the cause.
If you have created a permanent exception then best is to remove it in the Server tab in the Certificate Manager.

Account is a user neame and password with which you purchase content.
A library is your collection of media.

Having the same issue here. I unfortunately purchased a book on iTunes, then went to download iBooks, but can't due to their recent update/upgrade. My kids iTouchs are all 6.1.5 , So I'm guessing that if you did not have iBooks previously purchased that you are now S.O.L. if you want to read a book on your iPod??

Then it says click save any way to keep your changes and save the changes made by the other application as a version, or click revert to keep the changes from the other application and save your changes to a version.
What in the heck does all that mean, and why are they trying to behave like a Windows product or a Microsoft office product. I just don't get it.
Why is another application changing my documents? It's like they've created a virus within their own programs. It's a pain in the neck and makes no sense.

I am also having the issue of a warning saying "could not be auto-saved in Pages. The file has been changed in another application. I then hit "save anyway", the warning will go away for a time, sometimes minutes, sometimes hourr, but then the warming reapprears saying the same thing. This is not the case with all Pages documents but it is the case with many.

This problem happened once before and it was related to adjusting an image size in Photoshop Organizer. I don't use the organizer anymore but this problem has resurfaced!!!

As mentioned above, the users have taken to printing using windows print and fax viewer.
I've done a clean install of elements 13 and restarted the print spooler. no joy
