I Keep getting alerts from Facebook that pop up on my phone every few seconds saying: "exited?" Wants to access your friends list and profile info..... I always click don't allow because I don't know what this is but it still pops up. How do I stop this from happening?

works ok on mine - (5, 7.1.1). Try again. with previews set to none, mine shows the sender and the subject line only. (you cannot get rid of the subject) with the other settings, you get the sender, subject line and however many lines you selected.

Why do I keep getting alerts for shared calendars?

I have a calendar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
My wife has a clanedar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
Both calendars are shared, so we can see what the others availability is on a given day at a given time.
But why do I keep getting alerts on my iPhone (and only on my iPhone) for my WIFE's events? I've turned off the "show shared calendar events" button in the calendar preferences on my iPhone, but I'm *still* getting alerts for all her events. I don't need this, I don't want this, I turned it off... why is it still happening?
My iCloud calendar is defaulted to my calendar. I do not get alerts on my iMac for her events, only on the iphone. Can anyone help? I never want to see her events unless I manually go and look at them on my calendars or in iCloud calendar.

I keep getting Alert the photo could not be opened because the original item cannot be found. How do I get rid of it. I wish there was something like a cancel all. with a referenced livbrary which is strongly not recommended mostly due to this problem the path to the original photos can not be changed - this error almost always is caused by a change in that path - the original photos have been moved, the drive they are on is not available or the path is invalid for some reason--the simplest solution is to restore the photo to exactly where thery were

In cases like this, the first guess is Align to Pixel Grid.
You may select everything and then untick Align to Pixel Grid in the Transform palette, and also untick Align New Objects to Pixel Grid in the flyout options.
You may avoid document types with that as default (RGB for web and the like) or change the default for such documents.

You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. It doesn't work that way.

I have switched my password in the past, so my theory is my mac mini thinks that my password has not changed and it will not update because The Wi-Fi password has also changed so it cannot connect to any servers...Does that sound like I am on the right track?

If the user account is associated with an Apple ID, and you know the Apple ID password, then maybe the Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.
Otherwise, boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select
Utilities ▹ Terminal
from the menu bar.
In the Terminal window, type this:
resetpassword
That's one word with no spaces. Then press return. A Reset Password window opens.
Select your boot volume if not already selected.

I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me... I only had to reset the iTunes cache
1) Open iTunes
2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.
