Error -50 is a very unhelpful generic communications error with a number of possible causes. Something between the drive to which you are downloading and the drive from which it is all coming is not working correctly, which probably leaves several hundred options.

If having reset your password it now works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores on and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If it doesn't work on your computer nor phone then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I keep getting an error message when I try to sync

The error I am getting is:
iTunes could not sync calendars to the iPhone "Patricia's iPhone" because the sync server failed to sync the iPhone.
Now, this is where it gets weird - it is actually syncing my Calendar because new appointments are appearing in Outlook. The problem is that it will stop the sync so bookmarks, notes, apps, etc are not getting synced. I have a work around solution of removing the checkmark from Sync Calendar with Outlook in the iTunes program and then re-syncing but is there a way to resolve this so I won't have to sync twice?

My mistake in the additional info - it's Outlook 2007, not 2003

For starters, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

I just got the palm treo 650 on alltel. didn't realize it was going to be so involved. lol I got email set up but keep getting an error message when i try to send. the message is 530 5.7.0 must issue a STARTTLS command first. What does that mean and how do i fix it?

Our CEO at our hospital has the exact same problem with this phone, we have been workign with alltel on the problem for quite some time now, and cant seem to find a solution. His can receive emails with no problems but gets an error code 530 when tryng to send an email. But he only gets the error when he is outside of the alltel network. If hes in our hometown then everything works great. Needless to say hes been getting quite irritated with the problem and needs it fixed ASAP. If anyone every figures out a soluting to this problem please let me know.

You are seeing the message because the new AirPort Extreme has some specific System Requirements:

Setup and Administration
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5 or later and AirPort Utility 1.3
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later and AirPort Utility 6.3
AirPort Utility 5.6.1 in Snow Leopard may or may not work correctly with the new Extreme for all functions. As long as things are working OK for now, you can probably leave them "as is" and wait for another Mavericks update to fix some issues before you "upgrade".
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you could use that to administer any settings changes on the new Extreme.
