You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] and select ''Disable all add-ons''. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. See [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes this article] for information about troubleshooting extensions and theme. You can troubleshoot plugins the same way.
If you want support for one of your add-ons, you'll need to contact its author.

Try to go to Settings and then Store. Tap to your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. Now choose to check your payment information and when you're done tap Done. I had to rewrite my three digit code of the credit card and now it works.
Oh, I also activated Genius for Apps but I don't think it makes any difference. -
I am upgrading from iPhone 3 to 5. I have backed up my 3 on iTunes. I keep getting an error when I try to download all info to the 5. The error says I have disconnect my phone but I haven't. Happened multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

please helpThat is odd. I would uninstall iTunes from the computer and re-install it from scratch. The cool thing is that it won't delete any music or backups and such. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925?viewlocale=en_US this here link walks through uninstalling and re-installing iTunes. The basics are going to your control panel and removing iTunes, Quick time, Apple software update, Apple mobile device support, Bonjour, and Apple application support. Then go to iTunes.com and download a new copy of iTunes. This should resolve the issue!

I downloaded itunes, and when I tried to upload my pictures from my iphone it told me to uninstall my apple device and the version of itunes that I have. So I did that, and when I tried to reinstall itunes it keeps giving me an error. Please help. I don't understand!

I keep getting and error when I try to start my iTunes. "Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, Then install iTunes again. Error 2(Windows error 2)".... I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the error still occurs!!! I took the time to research it and come across a couple of people who experienced the same trouble and so I listed some of there steps(with Credits) and some people said that they worked.

1. Save iTunes install file to your desktop.
2. Disconnect from internet.
3. Disable Firewall/Security software.
4. Run install. Note that it installs Application Support and a bunch of other software this time.
5. Run iTunes.
6. Enable Firewall/Security software.
7. Reconnect to internet.
8. Download Watchmen Director's Cut post haste.

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.

I just purchased a month to month subscription for Acrobat Pro and I am getting an error when I try to download the software. after about 50% of the way, it just crashes.

I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription. The error message is:
'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message. Any ideas?

I get this error when I try to download I-tunes. "Errors occurred during installation before I-tunes could be configured. Your system has not been modified to complete installation. Run installer again. I have tried running the installer again several times and keep getting this error. Any suggestion as to how to fix this?
Finally the above problem was sovled. First click on control panel and search for all Apple software and uninstall all related to Apple software. Then download itunes again and run it to install latest itunes and after installation is finish. All Apple software shall run properly.

I have an Intel Desktop iMac and I am upgrading from Tiger to Snow Leopard. I keep getting an error when it tries to load the Mac OS X update combined. It says that it was corrupted during download. Have try loading from Apple website Mac OS X V10.6.7 upgrade combined but it still won't do it? Any other suggestions. The printer is not working either - I am not sure if they are connected. Everything else is fine.
Please excuse, but I have to ask an obvious question: Did you already update using the Snow Leopard Retail install DVD? (You must do this first; 10.6.7 is just an update if you already have 10.6.) Are you, then, trying to update from whatever version was on the install DVD to 10.6.7?
Otherwise, I'd keep trying. The 10.6.7 Combo is a huge update. -

Your Profile on these Forums does not list which model and version of iMac you are using, nor the verision of OS X you are using, nor which model of Scanner. Please tell us.

AFTER DOWNLOADING THE LATEST VERSION OF ITUNES, I CAM GETTING AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT. MSVCR80.DLL WAS NOT FOUND. UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT. BEFORE I REMOVE THIS VERSION AND TRY TO RELOAD AGAIN, JUST WANTED TO BE SURE I WOULDN'T LOSE ALL 200 PURCHASED SONGS ON MY PC.
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Thanks for your suggestion. I started to sign off, but was uncomfortable deleting iCal data from my iMac in case there were old entries not sync'd to iCloud. So I decided to only delete Notes data from my iMac.
I first checked Notes on different devices and saw that they contained more data than my iMac, so I was pretty certain this is what I had in iCloud (another way would be to log on to icloud.com). I then unchecked Notes under System Preferences>iCloud, which prompted me to delete Notes from this Mac. I clicked on Delete from Mac, allowed it to finish, then clicked on the Notes checkbox again, and it sync'd the data from iCloud back to Notes on my iMac.
