I keep getting an "Oops! You can't see pages on this website" because it is not on the approved list in parental controls

When trying to access a website I have accessed a thousand times, I get a message that says "Oops! You can't see pages on this website." It goes on to say that it is because it is not on the approved list in parental controls. I have never made a list for parental controls because I am the only one to use this computer and I am an adult!

Be sure no sensitive personal information is displayed. To add that image to a post here, click the camera icon in the post editor toolbar, or just drag the image file into the post editor.
Off the top of my head, my guess would be that you have iCloud Keychain turned on, and have saved a password for the Zulilly site. This would result in a prompt for your iCloud/Apple ID password, so the password could be auto-filled in the login form. See:

    Someone is probably sending spam with your address forged on the To: line.  Could be one of your old contacts with a Windows machine has a virus that's doing it.  It's also possible your e-mail account has been hacked, though I'd think such a hacker would be a bit more purposeful.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

    Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
    If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
    If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support.

    Youll get that message when you change the iTunes account you are logged into, you can't keep changing it.

    There's an invisible one name "Icon" according to the error message.

    Alternatively you can use one of the numerous third-party utilities such as TinkerTool or ShowHideInvisibleFiles - VersionTracker or MacUpdate.
    First, make invisible files visible. Find the invisible file in that folder and remove it. Please be sure you are looking in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder. There is another one in the /Home/Library/ folder. Be sure you look in the right one.

    How are you trying to view your account's purchase history ? You can only view your full purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. On an iOS device you can only see a cut-down version via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    Warning..If you can get out of your Verizon contract, I highly recommend you do so before you actually need support from Verizon. The line to my house fell off in the storm 10 days ago. When we called for repair they told us that there were a lot of lines down so they could not make it out until Friday. Understandable. However, my husband takes off of work on Friday and no one shows up. When we called them it took about an hour and a half before anyone actually answered. That is when he told me that they do not know why the tech did not show and would call us back but he never did. On Saturday morning I called again to get a tech out to my house. I was listening to that music for 7 1/2 hours!!!!!!. Finally, I had to call with another cell phone and contacted billing asking them how much it would cost to cancel and they were somehow able to get a tech on the phone in an hour. I was told that they would call me back, which they did and told me that someone was going to be dispatched Saturday night..No one came!!!. Sunday I called again but called billing directly. The first person couldn't get in touch with NJ and told me to call back. The second girl told me that I can't call billing for technical issues. I told her my story and asked that she not transfer me because I could not wait on hold for so long again...She told me it was a new day and there was no way I was on hold for so long!!! Then she transferred me (great customer service skills). Called back and talked to Brad who was very polite and helpful (and in billing) he said a tech would be out there that day. Saturday evening a tech shows up, but he doesn't have the parts needed to fix my problem which I dont understand since we reported that the line fell off. He was very nice and apologetic, but that did nothing for me. So Monday comes, and we call back again, multiple times. Same lack of customer service and finally the tell us the ticket is high priority, but not likely to be resolved today...so here I am Day 10 and can't wait to see what ridiculousness comes from them today.
    So as I have titled. Get out if you can, before you need support from this company!!!

    Another warning....keep in mind that Fios and Wireless are two different companies so you will be going over your minutes waiting hours and hours for an answer...and verizon wireless won't do anything for you. Can't wait to see my phone bill.

A google search of the problem suggested it may be an error related to the number of times I can reinstall this product due to licensing issues.  Please help.

    Absolutely not. You are misinterpreting things. The activation check never happens when just running the installer, only much later. It means what it says - there is another "install" pending/ active on your system, meaning somewhere there is an (invisible) process still blocking things. Either way, since you haven't provided any real technical info, we can't advise specifically. if you are on Windows, you may want to check your task manager and terminate any setup.exe and msiexec.exe processes plus potentially may need to manually fix/ delete some registry keys. For anything beyond that you will have to be much more specific.
