I keep getting emails saying I have a 30 day trial, but I purchased the program on 12-12-13

please let me know why. I don't want you to cancel my program.

Hi, picture maker. We won't cancel your program, because for one thing we're not adobe and so we can't (not that we would). This is the user to user forum and we're just other customers like you.
Did you enter your serial number and create an Adobe ID and sign in? (I'm assuming you're talking about PSE 12?)
When you go to the Help menu in the Editor is Deactivate an available choice?

  • I have a 25GB icloud storage according to my account, but keep getting emails saying I will be reduced to the 5GB maximum?

Hi, Thanks for your guidance- I have a 25GB icloud storage according to my account, but keep getting emails saying I will be reduced to the 5GB maximum by Sept. 30?

It's true. You got 20 GB free for one year as a former MobileMe member. See this Kbase article:

  • Why do I keep getting emails saying my iTunes account will be disable in 48 hours if I do not validate my account?  or that I have to verify the email associated with my iTune acccount?

why do I keep getting emails saying my iTunes account will be disable in 48 hours if I do not validate my account?  or that I have to verify the email associated with my iTune acccount?

Because someone's trying to mislead you into giving them your iTunes Store login information. Forward all such emails to [email protected] and then delete them.
If there's an actual problem with your iTunes Store account, you'll be told at the time you try to purchase or download something.

  • I keep getting emails saying my password has been changed , everytime i go reset it with stronger passwords, but it keeps happening, anyone got any ideas?

Hi all, I keep getting emails saying my password has changed, I have now reset my password 4 times in the last 2 weeks with stronger and stronger passwords and have also changed my security questions, anyone got any ideas how to resolve this problem?

No.   I am a volunteer, not always on good terms with Apple either.   I'm sorry I don't seem to have helped but what I told you is what I would tell anyone in your situation.
I hope Thomas r won't mind me pasting one of his replies, but the thread is so long it could be daunting.   Thomas knows about these things.

As has already been pointed out earlier in this topic, the issue is either a repeated phishing attempt (in which someone sends you a faked e-mail, directing you to a faked site, which tries to get you to "log in" so that the hackers can get your ID and password) or someone is repeatedly trying to get access to your account. I'm guessing the latter is more likely... someone's repeatedly trying to reset your password, for who knows what reason, and they're trying repeatedly because they're never getting the password reset e-mail. (Why they would expect to receive that e-mail I don't know... people are stupid.)
Make sure your Apple ID has a good, secure password. (There is no need to reset your own password to do this, just go toappleid.apple.com and change it.) I'd also advise turning on two-factor authentication to further protect your Apple ID:
    Apple introduces two-factor authentication
This will prevent password reset attempts, as it will not be possible to even start the password reset process without having access to the device used to receive the code used as the second identification factor.
    Hope this helps.

  • I keep getting emails saying my Apple ID was used to purchase an pal when I didn't make the purchase

I Keep getting emails saying my Apple ID was used to purchase an app in the amount of $xx.  I did not make the purchase.  I keep dumping these emails into trash as it seems like spam but it's getting annoying.  Email appears to be coming from Apple.  Any ideas?

If you think it's spam move it to junk instead of trash. Read the article below and report one to Apple.

Of you're being phished. There are a lot of phishing scams going around right now with bad guys trying to get access to apple ID's.
Anytime you want to verify the info, do not click on any links in the mail, but open up iTUnes on your computer and check things out that way.
If you want to verify if anything is wrong http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/contact/
contact apple on your own and see what they say.

  • HT5527 I've paid for iCloud storage, but keep getting emails saying my storage will be unavailable if I don't upgrade.

I have paid $40 a year for the additional storage, but I keep getting emails telling me that on September 30th my storage will go back to the 5G unless I upgrade.  Is there another step I need to take?

When you purchased the additional storage it over-rode and cancelled the free storage you got as a result of having been a MobileMe subscriber. You are getting these automated emails because 'the right hand knoweth not what the left hand doeth' (Ecclesiastes 11:1) - just ignore them. They will stop in another week.

  • Instructed to download adobe manager, now says that 00 days left on trial, but I purchased the product a long time ago?

I was suddenly asked to download the adobe program manager when I started Adobe Premiere Elements 12. I did it, and then it asked me to log into my account, which I did. Now it's stating that I have 00 days left on my trial and will not start. I have purchased the product a long time ago, it was never on a trial basis. My account also reflects this. What's up??

    kcoldani
What computer operating system was your Premiere Elements 12 running on? What computer operating system are you now trying to get the product installed? Same?
    For now I am assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
When you get the tryout looking dialog, does it include the choices of License This Product or Buy? If so, what happens if you click on License This Product?
How are you installing the program - from installation files from an online download or from installation disc from box packaging of the program?
If an online download from your Adobe Account/Orders, there should be 2 files for you to download...exe (Adobe Application Manager) and 7z (the program).
Have you attempted to update the Adobe Application Manager that is requested? Probably referring to
    http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
Please review and consider and then we can try to put it altogether.
    Thanks.

  • TS4009 I keep getting emails saying my quota has been exceeded, but I have over 4 gb free.

    It's very frustrating.
I have moved my emails to my local device, including sent items. I've deleted the trash, and nothing shows on the iCloud website.
There doesn't seem to be any further solutions online, either.

    Exact same issue

  • I keep getting emails saying my payment was refuse...

The reason why this is a problem is because I haven't bought credit for Skype. I haven't in years. I've received this email 6 times and counting today. Is someone using my account or is this an error? Is it something I should worry about?

Hi, panda.bear.eyes, and welcome to the Community,
Please sign on to your Skype account on the Skype website, where you would manage your subscriptions and payment methods.  Check first that your account's registered e-mail address is accurate and working, and then change your account password immediately.
If you have not used the account in quite some time, I would recommend removing any saved payment methods, as well.
If you have further questions, please contact Skype customer service for assistance.
    Regards,
    Elaine

  • I keep getting emails saying my password has been reset but i am not doing it?

every week i am getting a reset your password link and then another saying my password has been reset.
i am running out of passwords to choose.
is it likely to be an error

Who else knows your Apple ID and password?
I would also change the password for the Mail account you use with the Apple ID since someone could have hacked into that mail account.
Furthers I would go to iTunes>Store>View Account and go to Purchase History see if there are any purchases that you did not make. If problem also contact iTunes

  • HT4864 Keep getting email saying my account is limited and then asks for my information. Is this a scam?

I am getting repeated email messages on Apple letterhead stating that my iCloud account is limited at this time due to some problem. It then asks for my name, user name and password. I believe this is a scam and just delete the message. Anyone having similar issues?

Since this is sent by the very people who maintain a record of you name, username and password - this is a scam.  There have been numerous others reporting such phishing.
