I keep getting error message on iPad that it has not backed up to iCloud.

To get rid of the message and use your iPad normally again:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

I just encountered the same problem on my 2 month old MBPro. I found a work around by changing USB ports. As for the actual cause or the reason why that worked, I dont know. The USB port I was using works fine with my phone or other USB devices.

I have been dealing with this problem since upgrading to ios 6. I have an old ipod touch that is still running ios 5.? that backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have attemped every solution posted on these help boards (i.e. deleting accounts, turning off all apps from back-up, restarting device, changing routers, attempting back-ups through different wifi spots) sometimes one or a combination of these band-aid fixes will work for a day or two, then suddenly the ipad (version 3) will simply stop backing up, and I will spend hours of frustration going through all the tedious fixes. All the while my old ipod touch running ios 5 backs up daily with no problem whatsoever. I have called Apple support and they seemed surprised that this is a problem and offer no real solution whatsoever.
Until Apple gets their head out of the sand on this one, and actually fixes the obvious bug that exists is ios 6 this problem will continue and will not be resolved.

This is because Chrome does not use Adobe Flash Player. Chrome uses something called Pepper Flash, maintained by Google (not Adobe). The issues you are experiencing are Adobe Flash Player issues. Those skype messages are spam. iPads do not need anti-virus because, as of now, there is no known virus for the iPad. (and know that a 'virus' has a very specific definition....a program that spreads itself by moving from file to file within your device, 'contaminating' one program after another.....the 'sandbox' nature of the iPad keeps different programs/apps from talking to each other, thus a virus, by that defintion, cannot spread)
That said the iPad is vulnerable to browser hijacks and redirects and forms of malware....but all those do require the user to do something to help them spread.
That skype ad, are you using some sort of free app? Often 'free' apps come at the price of you getting ads like that. Also, if you're using safari and you're seeing some sort of popup ad for that skype anti-virus it wn't install on your iPad since the application thinks you're on a comptuer and it will install that junk on your computer but won't run on the iPad's operating system.
Chances are that message from skype is either spam or phishing or some sort of malwere wanting you to tap 'yes' so it can try to install.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

In your project view can you right click on the chassis in the cRIO and make sure that it is set for Scan Mode and not FPGA mode? Also, In the measurement and automation explorer you can check the cRIO and verify that it has Scan Engine Support installed on it. Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that.
