I keep getting exit code 15 when I want to install a CC app

Hi,
I try installing Adobe CC apps, but keep getting exit code 15;
Exit Code: 15
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR:
-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------
- 0 fatal error(s), 0 error(s)
I have
1. uninstalled ALL adobe creative suite 6 apps,
2. repaired disk permissions using Disk Repair,
3. temporarily removed plist files, using the 'sh' command in terminal as suggested on the Adobe site
nothing helps, still getting exit code 15...
What now?

Hi kglad, thanks for the fast response.
I ran the CC cleaner tool and removed EVERYTHING (from CS 4 to CS6 and the CC desktop app). Then re-installed the CC desktop app. The strange thing is that after re-installing the CC desktop app, it shows that my previously installed applications (that I had removed) are still in place and up to date (which is not the case) - see screendump.
Trying to install Acrobat XI results in the same error (Exit code 15). I have the feeling I first need to get rid of the old installed apps (CS6), but obviously the CC cleaner tool is not able to remove them. Any suggestions? :-(
