I keep getting firefox 5.0 update notices and I have downloaded it twice, with no results, it seems to be stuck in 4.12 version, why?
I originally had Firefox 3.5 and was invited to download beta 4 which I have. Then an update to a higher level of beta 4 came in and I downloaded that. Now you folks are introducing 5.0 and I have downloaded it twice, but it doesn't seem to be either downloading or have any results when I attempt to check what version is currently running in the properties of this site on my laptop.... I'm using windows 7 home premium version...
You are showing Fx5. The Desktop icon doesn't change in my experience. There has never been a 4.12 version.
To check version Help>About Firefox, or
Help>Troubleshooting Information, or
Options>Advanced>Update>Check update history(little box at the bottom).

The work offline option can be found from Firefox button -> Web developer or from the menubar toolbar -> Work offline (Or at least thats what happens in Windows).
Have you any other reason for being offline; router off, firefox not dialing up or whatever. Or is security software or a firewall blocking firefox, or a network connection, or firefox setting etc set wrongly.

I Tried for three days to download iOS 6 and kept getting error 1403. I finally went to the apple store and they couldn't figure it out either.
I finally got it to download and all I did different from the other 100 times was I went into settings and on the Bluetooth setting I put NO. Not sure if that's what did it but that was the only thing different that I did. -

I was getting -3231 and kept seeing references online about routers and firewalls and connectivity issues. I merely turned off my WiFi and went hardwired with ethernet and problem solved. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

Do the purchases show in the purchase history after you log into your iTunes account? Could they be in-app purchases?

Not able to access Itunes store anymore. Just quit working for no reason. I've tried deleting Itunes and related components from the Control Panel, but when I try to remove Apple Software Update, I get a message that states "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor". Not sure what this message means. Am I suppose to contact Apple ? What is meant by package vendor ?
Apparently it's an itunes issue. I just tried to update and got the same issue. Called att to activate my iphone 4s and they say they can do the swap but apple is telling them itunes is down atm. So will have to wait

Shut down and remove that media.
Download and install 10.5.8 combo from here:
http://support.apple.com/downloads/Mac_OS_X_10_5_8_Combo_Update
Repair permissions from Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility -> First Aid, and selecting the hard drive.
You should now be able to use Software Update for any updates that work with 10.5.8 PowerPC. Any that only work with Intel macs, you'll need a newer Mac. -

I have always paid for apps with a credit card and now need to use an app store card but I can't get past the point where it keeps wanting my credit card updated. And can't used the app card number. Any advice???
I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day. -

Contact the Support personnel at the App Store via the link shown in this screenshot. Only they can handle this problem.

If you are logged in with the Apple ID that was used to purchase iPhoto or to set up the computer if it came preinstalled then quit iPhoto, backup your iPhoto library and drag the iphoto application to the trash (do not empty the trash yet) and then go to the App store and install iPhoto - 9.5.1 in your case

If you are referring to a 16GB phone, then you do not have 16GB available. The device only has about 12.75GB available after iOS. You can see how much space you have available by going to Settings>General>About, or you can connect the device to the computer and iTunes and look at the report there.

Boy sure what you are doing but the current iOS level is 7.1 not 7.0.4.
