I keep getting the message DRM is not currently authorized for use with this Adobe ID yet when i am on my computer it says i am

The book has shows downloaded to my kobo but this message shows up

patsyb1973, Looks like the Adobe ID with which you have authorized ADE and the one you purchased the eBook, they do not match.
Would ask you to de-authorize ADE and re-authorize ADE using a same adobe ID and check.
Launch ADE.
Press Control+Shift+D (Windows) or Command+Shift+D (Mac)
You will get an option to Deauthorize or Erase Authorization(depending on your ADE version), click it and you are done.
Go To Help-> Authorize Computer.
Enter your credentials and authorize ADE.
Let me know in case you still get the same issue.
Cheers!
