I keep getting this 250 items thing whenever I purchase a song.

I'm actually writing this from a separate account since the current one I use is my mom's. Anyways, I have 699 purchased songs and whenever I goo to the Purchased list on the iTunes store (not on the player btw), it says I have 250 items. Whenever I buy another song, it still says I have 250 items. What does it mean? Will those other songs be taken off if I upgrade to a new computer?

If you mean the Purchased link under Quick Links then the 'recent purchases' list on there only (I think) shows the last 250 songs that you bought. The list of artists on the left-hand side of that screen should let you see your older purchases - or go into Edit > Preferences, and on the Store tab on there tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tickbox, and they should (if not already downloaded) then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against them for redownloading.
Changing to a different computer will not remove items from your purchase history, but songs (and any other purchase) could be removed from a country's store by the rights-holder at any time - you shouldn't rely on being able to redownload any item, you should be keeping and maintaining a backup copy of all of your downloads.

If it was indeed purchased with a different apple ID then there is no work around for what you want! You can try signing in with your daughter's apple ID and password and update the app and purchase whatever you want then log back in with your apple ID. This may work!

No - you can not open iPHoto - you need version 9.5.1 - I did not suggest Photo

You're right that the documentation says "for best results select the entire eye, not just the pupil". And then it goes on to talk about pupil size. The point I'm making is (1) you don't get "better" results ... you get an error if you just select the pupil; and (2) software systems that are smart enough to detect a user error and simply "beep" and "beep" could and should in fact be smart enough to offer some sort of unobtrusive help message. The red-eye tool worked fine, I'm commenting on Adobe's not-very-useful error beep. I read the instructions several times, but I missed the point. When I used the tool, the default (?) shape of the tool was, well circular ... like a pupil. It seemed very natural to orient this circle with the pupil of the eye. Not a big deal...just a suggestion for a human factors improvement.

I've done a search on here and haven't found any solutions posted for it for windows computers. You could try posting in the iTunes For Windows forum and see if you get any suggestions in there (are you able to download other items from the store e.g. a free app ?) - I use a Mac, the only things that I could think of to suggest trying is see if you get the same error on a different iTunes library :

or using a different user account on your computer in case it's a problem with that user account.
But you may want to try the iTunes For Windows forum first, apart from anything else you are likely to get better help for the above

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

You might have two different things going on at once here.
Starting with the registry settings message.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

I researched the advice on the link provided by b noir as well as very similar advice from apple support: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376. It worked for me (for now).
Some things of note:
I did all of the things requested by the link I provided
My computer WOULD NOT uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. I had to manually remove the folder (also as instructed by the url)
I also uninstalled MobileMe. Was a little different than removing the other apps. Follow instructs provided here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2992
I did not uninstall iCloud
I have to admit it was a bit scary removing all those things. Is important to note that when re-installing Apple, follow steps to do so as Administrator (the right-click thingy and whatnot).

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

I appreciate any help or assistance. I have been trying to update one of my books for for the past few days with no success. I really just need to change two letters. But since I was updating I thought I would make a couple more improvements. I clicked disable portrait and made my pictures a little bigger to fit the whole page. But now I keep getting this error for multiple sound effects throughout the book. ERROR ITMS-9000: "Files of type audio/x-m4a are not allowed outside of widgets: assets/media/chick02.m4p" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage). I did not change the audio. The audio files are placed in widgets. I had no problem the first time it uploaded. I have recreated my whole book from scratch and it still does not work. Does anyone have a suggestion? No. Each book is a stand-alone entity. It doesn't matter if the same audio file appears in another book.
From what people have reported here, it looks like there is a bug in the submission system. Other than trying the suggestions posted in the linked-to thread, I don't think there is anything you can do to fix it.
I would submit a bug report to Apple though. Quite a lot of people seem to be affected by this problem, and if they hear about the same problem from lots of different sources, that will (presumably) elevate the importance of fixing it.

From others (on the Logic Forums), it seems that there may have been issues with Apple's servers.
Try again...
if that does not work, delete Mainstage, and then try again to download teh whole thing.
