I keep getting this message when browsing the net.  How do I fix this?

The page “::: video :::” has content of an unspecified MIME type. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed.
I find this message on many websites, usually when video is concerned. I have no problems with my PC but with my MacBook, I find that I cannot view many images or videos. I am a newbie and would like to know what "plug-in" I need and how do I "plug-in"? Please help. This is extremely frustrating.

Go to www.macupdate.com and download Flip4Mac and Windows Media Player for Mac. With these installed, you should be able to see most videos on most websites. Oh - and you can get flash player there too while you're at it.
