Hope you have the manuals
First we try to get it on the air like this:
Connect the router and the modem with an ethernet cable.
Turn the Motorola on, leave the linksys off. Log in with the
computer on your Motorola modem and type it's ip access:
http://192.168.100.1 (check the manual) If the ip access of
your Motorola modem is http//192.168.100.xxx then
we need to ask help from Ralph. Any other number is fine.
Now we switch the Lynksys on Log in to the Linksys with:
http://192.168.0.224 (check the manual) and it's ip address
should now be the same as your modem. If not, ask Ralph if
he can help you. Leave everything in default and just check
wether UPnP iis enabled.
Ready to go online! Let the Mac's network assistant walk you through
the Mac's config.

I presumed your Motorola was a Surfboard streaming modem.
(We can test that by looking if the Linksys gets the same ip address)
If this is correct we need to check wether the linksys has NPnP
enabled if so that's all -

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? (For example, 8007000B.) -

I have got the same problem. I am using windows 8.1, latest version of iTunes, Symantec NIS. My internet connection is working.
My apple Id and my password are correct since they work on my iPad and on my iPhone.

Hi, I use Premiere Pro on a 2012 Macbook Pro with 16GB DDR3 of memory, 7200rpm hard drive, 2.6 GHz Core i7 processor (dual core).

I don't know what causes the error, it started randomly (from what I can tell) and it has happened the last two times I've opened the software. It seems like it has to be something audio related, I just can't figure out what.

It sounds like you downloaded the wrong application, namely Adobe Premiere Elements.

What is the /exact/ error? What are your system details? Are you running 32-bit or 64-bit version of the software (if your OS supports it)?
I assume the message you are getting is about the UI runtimes every application needs some version of, which is typically supplied by Visual Studio, though there are redist versions bundled with many apps.
Unfortunately, Windows library management can be a bit of DLL hell (which Microsoft is making an effort to address in Windows 7.) There are many, many references to this with potential fixes, in Microsoft KB articles.
But the first step is good information so you can work from the known to the unknown. -

In case you are facing issues uninstalling the app's then please try manual cleanup of Adobe from your machine by following the below mentioned steps:
1. Navigate to Applications and trash all Adobe app's and Adobe folder.
2. Navigate to Applications/Utilities/ and trash Adobe Application Manager,Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Installer folder.
3. Go to Library/Application Support and trash Adobe.
4.Go to ~/Library/Application Support and trash Adobe.
Try installing the CC app's and let us know if still the error persists.
