I keep receiving Unable to load page and have gone through everything this site says to do, other ideas
This just started mid-day, working fine one moment, and know i can't open pages. IE seems to be working fine.

"Save Link as" in Firefox is the same as "Save Target" IE and will save the file to a folder on your computer.

i am not getting notification on most of my apps, e.g twitter and facebook...except i go to the app and refreshed manually. its an iphone 4 and running on ios5...i have gone through everything and its still the same..help please........
I seem to be having the same problem on my brand new iPhone 4S. Everything was working fine on the phone until I updated to iOS 5.1.1, but now I no longer receive push notifications for the native Mail app, Instagram, or the Facebook app. I still seem to be receiving SMS texts and iMessages via push, but the aforementioned apps need to be opened before I can receive missed notifications (having them open in the background seems to make no difference).
Thanks for any help that you may provide!did you try notifications under settings? You can customize it as per your requirement, for each application.

I cannot get my Iphone 4S to appear in Itunes and have gone through all troubleshooting guides
I have gone through all the troubleshooting guides, ensured its 64 bit version I have downloaded, the PC is recognising the phone but Itunes will not
I will assum that you are using the latest version of iTunes 11. Do you even see the devices heading in the sidebar or do you even see the sidebar? If not, go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu so that it is visible.
If you have done all of that and the iPad still doesn't show up.....

Not knowing if you are using WiFi or cable syncing, you can simply try, quitting iTunes, reboot the Mac and restart the iPad and see if that helps. -
ITunes Store Not Loading with no error message and have gone through all online support procedures
Hi I am trying to conect to the iTunes store here in NJ via my laptop and my school's Wifi network, but nothing ever happens...
I click on the iTunes store button and it comes up with the loading bar at the top of the screen where the song time marker would be, but nothing ever happens. It just loads and loads and loads, I don't even get an error message...
I have followed all the iTunes online support procedures for trying to reslove the issue including: reinstalling iTunes, wiping the ipconfig cache from the run dialogue box, adding iTunes to the firewall "allow" list, and even running the iTunes diagnostic for store connectivity. The diagnostic comes back saying that everything is fine but that iTunes cannot make a secure connection to the store, when I try to follow the help button from the diagnostic, iTunes tells me that it cannot connect to the internet and to make sure that my computer has all network cables plugged in etc. but obviously that is not the issue, or I wouldn't be able to be online to post this message...
I know that it has nothing to do with my campus' network, because I am able to view the iTunes store via my iPhone 3GS on the same network.
I am using a Dell Precision M6300 with an intel Centrino Duo and Windows XP service pack 3.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Luakit and magnet links - "Unable to load page"
Hi,
I've got luakit with working magnet links handling, but there's one annoying issue. Everytime I open magnet link luakit opens transmission and goes to "Unable to load page" page. Is there any chance to disable this behaviour? It also spawns new tab to execute transmission. It would be nice to make it "more in the background".

Why do I get the error message "unable to load page (HTTP 502) when I try to open Mobile Web?
I have an LG Octane 3 basic phone. Does everything I need, phone and text, and I never was interested in web or e-mail capabilities until I recently upgraded our plan to the "More Everything" and was able to use data and check e-mail and access the internet. Whenever I try to open Mobile Web, I get the error message "unable to load page (HTTP 502)". As of March 31, 2015, all of us basic phone users lose the "Mobile Email" app on our phones, and will have to access web versions of our e-mail via the web. Which is currently unavailable and doesn't work.
Over a week ago, did a chat session with a tech support rep, and she indicated that either she or an engineer would contact me with how to fix the problem. Have not heard anything from anybody, and the deadline is approaching quickly. Have no need of all the excess features of a smart phone, nor do I wish to be forced to jettison a perfectly working phone for my needs and buy something I don't want to be able to do 2 simple things.............check e-mail to see if there's something that needs to be answered right away, and to check traffic reports when I'm on the road, or find something in an area with which I'm not familiar. Not really too much to ask, you would think.... )
Has anyone else had this same problem, and if so, how do we fix it....??? My next move is a phone call, but those haven't always been very productive.
If any of you have any ideas why this error keeps coming up and the web can't load, and some on how to fix it, I would really appreciate some advice.

KarenSince the chat session got no reply, I contacted Verizon by phone and a very nice level 2 tech created a trouble ticket and sent it up the food chain. Got a call back, maybe 2 days later, and had a nice, although very long session with a higher level tech. They had determined that the browser for the LG Octane is an old one and no longer supported by Verizon. We tried everything we could to download the Opera browser, but since I was totally unable to get Mobile Web to work, couldn't do it. The only other possible "fix" was to totally reset the phone to factory specs and try it again. That would mean a lot of work on my part to move anything I didn't want to disappear off the phone, and find a place to forward texts that had to be saved. Caught our tenants lying about why the rent was late (again), and need that for when I put them back on a lease....
Long story short is that unless we try this total reset, which isn't a sure fix, either, anyone who isn't able to access the Mobile Web with the LG Octane will have to change their plan to avoid paying for data that you can't access using any method.
I ran a test with an app that I knew was no longer valid.....that was sending photos to PixPlace. Got the exact same error message as when trying to access Mobile Web to get the web version of my e-mail. That just verified that the 502 error is, at least in the LG Octane, for an app that no longer works. After today, we'll get the same thing when we try to access Mobile E-Mail.
Have to admit, it's a real ****-off, but this shouldn't surprise me, since Verizon won't repair older copper phone lines if you are in an area where FIOS is offered.
I am going to immediately change my husband's and my cell phone plan to one without data, and see what I can find that will still give unlimited calls and text. The way my luck runs, they won't offer one for a decent price. The other half has some very long-winded friends and he was always running over minutes, and some months are very text-heavy and I'd go over my limit. Absolutely HATE touch screens, and am not looking forward to having to get a new phone. -

I reset, I checked the proxy (no), I checked the firewall (enabled for FF), I uninstalled/reinstalled, I have run malware check (negative). I am at my wit's end because I NEED FF for work applications that will not come through IE due to corporate policy. I need serious help or I am screwed.
FF was working perfectly until a week ago. Now it starts up on the FF home page but goes no further, even in SAFE mode. What gives?
I uninstalled Chrome, even.hello, normally such issues are caused by a firewall/security software which doesn't recognize & therefore blocks new firefox versions. please try to remove all program rules for firefox in your firewall and let it detect the program again: [[Fix problems connecting to websites after updating Firefox]]

Console is not something you do anything in, it records what is going , where it logs errors, crashes et.. and where troubleshooting can start from.
I mentioned Looking to see if you had errors logged.
i can access any other site just fine.
The problem, again is Not with Safari or other Browsers, if other sites are fine.

1) I would not be able to know which computer you are posting from.

I am unable to uodate Pages and Numbers sice I changed my Apple ID, because I forgot my password and other security information. How I do I now update these applications. The system is asking for my Old Apple ID.
Also i am unable to activitate icloud. I did not receive a verication email. How can this issue be addressed?
