The download box with the 'barber-pole' moving just goes on and on.
If you have problem with updating Firefox then easiest is to trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

I am trying to use my adobe premiere elements 12 and when I go to click on a "new project" it takes me to the sign in page. Once I type my information in and click on "sign in" a little 'thinking circle' pops up and it just keeps spinning but it never ends up doing anything. Please help me with this issue. What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Did you have the opportunity to update 12 to 12.1 Update yet using an opened project's Help Menu/Update? If not, please do so when you get the opportunity.

I need help. My ipad 2 was stuck in recovery mode. i tried to connect it to itunes and restore but after downloading the file and extracting the software there is a pop up message that says "the device is full. Deleting files and emptying your recycle been will help you restore." how am i going to erase files if i can't open my ipad. i dont know what to do. Its been 2 days now. please help. thanks.
yes i am sure. This are the exact words... "The iPad "iPad" could not be restored. The disk you are attempting to use is full. (Removing files and emptying the recycle bin will free up additional space". i tried some options, hard reset, redsnow, tinyumbrella but still it's stuck.

I have the same problem.. EXACTLY. . When phoning Apple Support they had trouble understanding my problem and couldnt find any type of solution. No one seems to take responsibility for GameCenter issues. The assistant escalated the problem but no one could find an answer. .
The only idea was to set up a new apple id, hence a new GameCenter account. . But that would loose all the itunes data. Anyone got ideas ? -

Try going to Settings>Store and sign out and sign back in.

Do you get the ML icon on your launchpad that shows 'Downloading...' and what appears to be a white dot as the progress bar? If so, it is downloading. It can take anywhere from 1-8 hours to download depending on your connection speed.

How do i contact apple to refund my money? I tried to purchase cityville hometown cash and it did not download. It said error try again later, so i did that. I tried 5 times to buy cash for $13.99 and no download. My account was charged 5 times for something i didn't get. I contacted zynga and they said itunes at apple store can help. Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.

Ummm..that's iCloud space, not storage on your phone. What you bought has nothing to do with how much storage is on your phone.
You must free up space on your phone by deleting apps, photos, music, movies, etc.... -

Is there a way to sync POP subfolders and download them for backup in Mail on my MBP? I tried syncing the account with Mail and only the Inbox downloads onto my computer. I have Googled enough to find out that the answer is no, but no official answer or recent answer and I am hopeful that there has been a change.
Sure-glad to help you. You will not lose any data by changing synching to MacBook Pro from imac. You have set up Time Machine, right? that's how you'd do your backup, so I was told, and how I do my backup on my mac. You should be able to set a password for it. Save it. Your stuff should be saved there. So if you want to make your MacBook Pro your primary computer, I suppose, back up your stuff with Time machine, turn off Time machine on the iMac, turn it on on the new MacBook Pro, select the hard drive in your Time Capsule, enter your password, and do a backup from there. It might work, and it might take a while, but it should go. As for clogging the hard drive, I can't say. Depends how much stuff you have, and the hard drive's capacity. As for moving syncing from your iMac to your macbook pro, should be the same. Your phone uses iTunes to sync and so that data should be in the cloud. You can move your iTunes Library to your new Macbook pro

time machine is an application, and should be found in the Applications folder. it is built in to OS X, so there is nothing else to buy. double click on it, get it going, choose the Hard drive in your Time capsule/Airport as your backup Time Machine and go for it. You should see a circle with an arrow on the top right hand of your screen (the Desktop), next to the bluetooth icon, and just after the wifi and eject key (looks sorta like a clock face). This will do automatic backups of your stuff.
