I keep trying to set up my icloud on my iphone 3gs and I go to settings it says verify account with email, it sends me to my email account but there is no email to verify. How do I get icloud to send my another email?
Please help with this. I cannot get an email to verify my icloud so i can set it up, please someone help me.
Welcome to the Apple community.
First, you may wish to check that your filtering and mail rules are not placing Apples email in your junk folder or even deleting it completely. If you have verified that this is not the case:
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

Close out of the mail app, double click the home button and completely close out of the mail app.
Then do a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release then wait for the phone to boot back up.
then check your mail again. -

I'm trying to do a restore on a my IPhone 3Gs and I get and error code 1. The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknowen error occured (-1).
Here is my situation. I sold this phone on eBay the person tried to jail break it then stated the phone was broke and returned it for a refund. I lost my money and my phone! How can I fix my phone?
I get the error when trying to restore the firmware!

So, yes I do have an iPhone 3gs and yes it might be me who logs in bla bla bla, point is... I have not used iMessage as I don't know how to. Also, I have not logged into my Apple ID account through it as I have not been asked to log in, nor have I downloaded any Apps lately that would require me to put my login info into my phone.
I tried fixing this yesterday by changing my password, which I did, but I keep getting said emails... how can I stop those emails or how can I make it so that I don't log into iMessage (whatever that is).
I've texted a couple of friends since yesterday, but all of them have standard non-smart-phones...
Can anyone help please?

Ok so... iMessages sole purpose is to be a sort of "messenger" between iOS products right? There's nothing more to it? By that I mean... now that I turned it off, will it have any repercussions on any other apps or functions in my iPhone? -

I can't remember the answers of my security questions and i lost my safety email as well. Unfortunately, I just add 3000YEN into the acc. How can I reset the security questions? or how can I get that 3000YEN back ? anyone can me with this situation T.T
You won't be able to view and/or change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

We got a new computer and have logged in to Itunes, but where did my music go? How can we find it?
They will not magically appear on another computer.
Your music will only be where you put it.
Copy it from the old computer or your backup copy of the old computer.
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.

My website has a malware warning on it but there is no malicious coding. How do I get it unblocked?
my website (autographica.co.uk) keeps throwing up a malware warning when you try to access it. This only happens on some versions of firefox but not others.
I have checked the coding and there is nothing malicious in it. We did have an attack last year but that was fixed and the malicious code removed.
I spoke to my tech guy and he thinks the site may have been blacklisted or blocked and this was never removed after the problem was fixed.
Is there any way of checking and unblocking the site?I am not getting that. Are you sure it is not being blocked by your Firewall/AV/AS application?

how do i verify my icloud I've been trying to set up my icloud account...it's telling me to check my email to verify. there's nothing there. I can log in with my apple ID but that is it??? HELP
Have you tried your spam folder? it could have gone there by default. also, are you sure you put the correct email in for iCloud?

If the problem persists, you'll probably have to make another apple id, it wont take off any games or music or apps or anything you've bought it will all stay there, i have two apple id's and i don't have a problem with anything.

I have a MacBook Pro, its 1 year old. I'm trying to set up my ICloud on it, and when I go to "preferences", (it says to go to "Preferences" in the instructions,) and then "click" on "ICloud", but my ICloud is not there. How can I get "ICloud back into "my preferences".

This suggests you don't have the right operating system. OS X 10.7.2 or better is required for iCloud, which operating system do you have. -
I updated the software on my iphone to 7.0.4 and since then all my contacts are gone. I tried to sign into icloud and it said my account is not verified. It said I should go to my mail to see how to verify my account but there is no instruction in my mail

When you first create an Apple ID (using your email address) a verification email will be sent to that address. If you sign in to your Apple ID from the link in that email, the email address will be verified as the primary email address for your Apple ID. You can also resend the email verification if the email address is not verified:
1. Sign in to My Apple ID to manage your account information.
2. Click Resend under Primary Email Address.
3. Verify your changes by following the link in the email you will receive from Apple and signing back in to your account.
