If you are using Lion the user Library folder is hidden.
Finder > Hold down the option key and click Go on the menu bar. Then open Libary from the list.
So User Library > Application Support > iWork > Numbers > Templates > My Templates.
Finder in column mode is the easiest..

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

My Macbook Pro 2010 is very slow, I know its old but can I speed it up?

I have had my Macbook pro for nearly 4 years so I expect it to have slowed down, but now its getting ridiculous and difficult to use. Does anyone have any ideas on how to speed it up? I have removed all my larger files and the most memory is now take up by my music on I tunes. Aside from buying a new one which I would love to do but cant afford can anyone offer any suggestions to speed it up?

I have a MacBook Pro Mid 2010 Model.
My machine is working better than ever since I installed an 8Gb RAM Upgrade and Upgraded the HDD only yesterday. My drive had developed an error and was causing it to be very sluggish. I posted this somewhere else a little earlier:

Thats near twice the reading from the original MacBook drive and with the added flash on this new Seagate the boot up time is near the speed of SSD. These Seagate Hybrids are a little more expensive that the regular... but very well worth it.

PHOTOBOOTH ISN'T WORKING.. I know the reason but can't find a solution

So yesterday I was going through my mac deleting what I thought was unneccessary files which was obviously not a smat decision since I know nothing about computers. I went to my Macintosh HD-> Library-> Compositions and I saw a few videos about fish and the clouds or something. I figured everything there could be trashed to make room on my mac. Come to find out everything I deleted is required for Photobooth. Is there an easy fix for this? PLEASE HELP!

If this is about Firefox Sync then you also need the sync key.
Without the sync key it is impossible to decrypt the data that is stored on the sync server.
You will have to change the password of your sync account as soon as possible.

Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . You're going to have to get that info about his iTunes account if it's on iOS 7. Does it at least show the username it needs?

You can't. Apps and really all content purchased/downloaded through one Apple ID is forever tied to that Apple ID. In the case of Apps they will always request that Apple ID to update as they are licensed to that Apple ID.
In reality, the Apps were licensed to that Apple ID by the developer. And cannot simply be given away to you for you to use.
He should have wiped the iPod clean so you could set it up for your use without any of his accounts or purchased content as you are not really licensed to any of those Apps.

Check that you still have the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" placed on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* Make sure that you have the "Bookmarks Toolbar" visible: "View > Toolbars"
* Check in "View > Toolbars > Customize" that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the Customize window onto the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If you do not see the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" then click the "Restore Default Set" button
You can only move the content from a toolbar onto other toolbars if all toolbars support that feature. You need to check that in the options of each toolbar.

You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.
