I know there is a command that lets me open (or reload) the existing window in a new tab (It's not command T, as that is a new blank tab) Anyone know? thanks!
Its not command N either as that is a new window.
* Ctrl-click or middle-click the Reload button to open the current page in a new tab.
* Ctrl-click or middle-click items in the history of the Back and Forward buttons to open a page from that list in a new tab.
* Duplicate a tab with its history by pressing CTRL and dragging the tab to a new position on the tab bar.
* Dragging a tab in the browser window will detach the tab and move it to a new window, this is called tab tearing.
* Drag a tab back to the tab bar in the original or anther window to undo a detach or move a tab to a specific window. If a window gets empty (you tear off the last tab) then that window will be closed automatically.

I find it extremely frustrating that Apple does not care for such an obvious bug affecting one of the basic funcionalities of AirPlay. Unless, of course, if there's something I don't know - but I've done some research and it seems that plenty of people have same issue and no solution is settled. -
When I try to open a project, the only option for a new track is for external MIDI device; when I try to open an audio or software instrument track, I get an error message saying that "the specified number of tracks could not be created. Reduce the number of tracks to create and try again." I didn't specify ANY number of tracks. Thanks for help!
Ah.. then I suspect you just need to go to Logic's prefs/Audio and check CoreAudio...

Yes, of course, you can do this! You just have to know the address for the slideshow page directly....

Once you find this URL, then all you have to do to get it to appear as part of your page is to specify an iframe tag with the URL...

This is the little bit of code that you will need to insert into your iWeb pages in order to make the slideshow appear "inside" a frame on the page. Just change the underlined URL to your own slideshow URL.
To prepare the page in iWeb, you'll need to make a textbox on a page that is 980x760 in dimension (you'll need to adjust the default width of the page). Then type in some placeholder text, like "SLIDESHOWHERE". Publish the page. Then go into your iDisk/Web/Sites/iWeb/sitename folder and find the pagename.html file. Open it with TextEdit (make sure to tell TextEdit to "ignore rich text format"). Then find the part of the code where your placeholder text is. Replace the placeholder text with the iframes code. Then save your work.
When you check your page in Safari, you should see the slideshow appear inside the page exactly where you positioned the textbox in iWeb. -

You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.

How to create a dialog window with no button that opens along with the main window?
When the main window is open, the dialog window opens up immediately and can be closed by key press. At other times, when the next step, ie: decision, comes to, the another dialog window pops up again and is again closed by key press. Does anyone know how to do? Use the sub-Vi? notification method? occurrence method?
And another thing: how to create a reusable dialog window with no button so that different messages can be sent to it and it can closed by key press. And how to pass the string to the title of the dialog window programmatically?For your functionality (If I understand it right), nothing needs to be in the event structure. Pressing any key just triggers the event, thus finishing the VI (there is no while loop).
Could you tell me what you mean my "it won't run properly"? Make sure that the front panel of the subVI is closed before starting the main VI. Remember that the subVI is set to "open when called" and "close afterwards if originally closed". So, if you had the panel open already, it won't of course close when finished!
(Actually, the problems is worse when you have the subVI panel open when starting the main VI. you get a catch22 and labVIEW locks up because (1) the subVI is set to dialog and grabs all attention but (2) it has not been
called, thus the event cannot be triggered. So don't do that!!!! As a quick workaround, add the modification shown in the attached image to ensure the panel of the subVI is closed.)

IPhoto won't let me open it using the option key
When I try to open iphoto with the option key held down I get tne error message "the library is a Time Machine copy and cannot use". The only option I have is to Quit which gives me a viscous circle. How can I change to another library without opening using the option key.

I am not trying to use a library from a Time Machine backup. I have made a library from Time Machine by restoring it and that is the one I want to use.
It had worked just two weeks ago, but now I am getting the error message with only the "QUIT" option and the revolving circle indicating the program is trying but not suceeding.
I believe iPhoto is pointing to the pictures in my user's files - MacSSD/Users/JBL/pictures. I deleted a small iPhoto Library (7.4mb) that had been given a 3/14/14 designation and now there isn't an iphoto library in pictures. I'm not sure how that file got created, but iPhoto started last using the restored library that resides on an external hard drive.
How can I determine where iPhoto is pointing to find the library without opening iPhoto which I can't do because of the circular QUIT option?
Any further help will be most appreciated. -
Final Cut won't let me drag clips to the viewer window
So I'm new to Final Cut and for some reason it won't let me drag clips from the browser to the viewer window or drag clips into bins. It's driving me crazy. Is it possible that I turned off the drag and drop option somehow?
Yes, the selection tool was selected. I actually restarted FC and it's letting me drag clips now so whatever I did is undone. Thanks.

For most file types whose download behavior is set to "always ask" the "save as" option is selected by default in the download window. However, for a few others the "open with" option is selected instead.
Note that Firefox is not automatically opening some files instead of saving them. I still get to choose between saving or opening them, but certain file types start with "open" selected whereas for others "save" is the default.

Recently I installed Windows 7 on my computer, along with a device called a Triplehead2Go, which spoofs the operating system into thinking that the computer has one monitor attached (when it really has three). When the Firefox window is relatively small on the desktop and with excess space to the right, the bookmarks toolbar opens to the right (and extends outside of the window). This creates a problem for me, as the monitor bezels get in the way of navigation. When the Firefox window is all the way to the right of the desktop, the bookmarks toolbar opens inside of the window (as there is not enough space to the right for it).
Is there any way to force this menu to stay within its boundaries?The screen dimensions are "right," but I don't want it to use up any more space on-screen than is in the window.

The computer is picking up the signal from the remote. Go into system preferences - security - general. Click the padlock and go into advanced. Check disable remote control infrared receiver.
