Hi,
I would like to know which system field stores the value of height of the main window. based on that I would like to trigger an explicit page-break. Can anyone tell me that field name (table name). I have been looking into one solution which I couldnot find. this is the last option I have.
I have posted couple of posts but still struggliing with the issue.
based on the no.of lines remaining in the page I have to draw one line there and move to next page. (page break.) can anyone help me please

In the main window if u create the table there r 3 options.
header
main
footer.
In footer option in outputoptions there r 2 option at print time.
at page break.
at end of table.
U select both the options. Then u r problem will be solved.

Since getting laptop repaired I have been trying to sync my iphone with the new hard drive but it will not allow me to do this without first wanting to wipe the phone clean and put info on the hard drive onto the phone, of course there is no info on the hard drive at all. Which file in Mail folder stores autofill sent mail addresses?

Hi, I've been using a desktop for years and have sent a lot of emails using Apple Mail. I bought a new mbp and I want Mail on the mbp to autofill the email addresses I've previously sent an email to when I used the desktop. I know I can copy the whole mail folder but I do not want all the email from the other system.
I hope you understand what I am asking. I know this sounds confusing but its kind of hard to explain this online. Thanks for your help!

that file is not in the Mail folder. It's in the address book folder. what you want is the file homedirectory/library/application support/address book/MailRecents-v4.abcdmr.

I would get free EasyFind (Spotlight will be a total waste of time), and search for caremefile and caremefile.info. If it comes up with anything, right-click and select move to trash, or just destroy. Since you didn't install anything, shouldn't be necessary to authenticate with the admin password before it will move to trash. Could also click on reveal in finder, which will allow you to see the actual location. Set it up as per the screenshot below.

Where are the currently open tabs stored - (windows totally crashed but files can still be retrieved, i got about 30 open tabs which I would like to get the URL's of before my dad wipes the drive)

Use editor that have Word wrap feature (notepad++ is good). Keep in mind that this is a ~1MB text file, so there's a lot of unneeded information for you and it could get really slow.
Format is: [{"tabs": [{"entries": [{starting page},{next url},{next url}...], some data}, next entry (aka tab), next entry...}]. You need last url from each entry.

How to unload externally loaded swf which contains 3D Carousel?

Hello to all
I am learning AS3 and have been taking on various tutorials found on the net. While learning about AS3 I came across a lesson on http://tutorials.flashmymind.com/2009/05/vertical-3d-carousel-with-actionscript-3-and-xml/ titled "Vertical 3D Carousel with AS3 and XML".
I completed the tutorial and all worked fine so I then wanted to load the swf into a existing project. The loading of the swf goes fine and when I unload my loader it is removed but only visually as in my output panel in flash CS5 I get an error as follows
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
at carousel_c_fla::MainTimeline/moveCarousel()
this error repeats over and over again slowing my swf movie.
So does this mean my main flash movie trying to still play / find my unloaded 3D Carousel?
If so how do I unload remove all the AS3 that is trying to run from the 3D Carousel?
I have included the AS3 below from the tutorial page and I understand that this is what I have to remove to "break free" from the 3D Carousel swf when it is unloaded. This is where I am stuck as my knowledge of AS3 is limited - Can you guys / girls help?

How to read a line from a file which contains 45000 characters?

Hi all,
     Iam a receiving a .CSV file which contains n number of rows ,each row has a data seperated with delimiter.
These values based on delimiter it is seperated and certain validations are handled.
Iam using UTL_FILE.GET_LINE operator to read the value and store it in a variable which is declared as l_text VARCHAR2(30000).
when we receive a line which contains huge characters say 45000 then it throws an error(Unable to read the file).
Only on rare cases we used to receive these kind of files with huge size.
Kindly help to solve this issues.

Are you trying to use data from this .csv file into your realtion tables. If yes and If you are using 11g Oracle database. I would suggest you create External Tables using the below query,

STEP1: You need a Directory where your SCHEMA has read/write access. Store the csv file in that directory.
STEP2: Create an EXTERNAL Table script. Please refer the above URL. Examples are for coma delimiter (,); replace it with your pipe (|) in the code
STEP: Once your external table is created you can simply create a relational table as below:

SELECT * FROM external_table;

OCCI BUG! Error reading Objects which contain NULLS

The original problem was that I couldn't retrieve a SDO_GEOMERTY object from a table. Using OCCI and the OTT utility I always got assertions and exceptions.
Various people have already reported this problem (e.g. Hu Cao, "HELP!! operating SDO_GEOMETRY with OCCI" ).
After several hours of testing I found the real problem: When ever an object contain NULLS the problem appears.
Eg. the "occiobj"-demo works fine with the original data. However, after setting one value in a publ_address object to NULL
eg. UPDATE publisher_tab SET publisher_id=11, publisher_add=publ_address( NULL , 'NEW YORK') WHERE publisher_id=11;
the demo program crashes!!!
After discovering this, I generated a SDO_GEOMERTY object containing no NULLS and suddenly my program was able to retrieve the object.
Consequently there is only one big problem remaining:
A valid SDO_GEOMERTY object has to have NULLS in it!!!!

(I'm working with Win2K and the Oracle 9i Client. The bug appears in conjunction with both Oracle 8.1.7 and Oracle 9i)

I downloaded the Oracle 9i Release 2 (9.2.0.1) Client for Win and there I have less problems to get objects which contain NULLs.
Now if a standard-typed member (of an objects) is NULL, OCCI recognizes this correctly and the program never crashed again.
However, there is one BUG remaining. If an object-typed member is NULL the program still crashes.
Eg. if the SDO_POINT member (type MDSYS.SDO_POINT_TYPE) of an MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY object is NULL,
the program crashes in the
void sdo_point::readSQL(oracle::occi::AnyData& streamOCCI_)
function (which was generated by the OTT utility). It seems that in function
void sdo_point::readSQL(void ctxOCCI_)
the streamOCCI_.isNull() command doesn't recognize that the sdo_point object is NULL.
(see source code below)
WITH THIS BUG YOU CANNOT GET A MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY OBJECT WITH OCCI!!!
Has anybody solved this problem? Is there a bug fix?
