I listen to the BBC on their iPlayer. I have other applications which use Pop-ups. The iPlayer window comes to the fore every time I've used another pop-up, and I have to minimize it to carry on. How do I keep it minimized by default?
I listen to the radio on BBC iPlayer. Whenever another application opens a pop-up, the iPlayer window is activated first, then overlayed by the new pop-up. I work in the pop-up and close it, only to find that the iPlayer pop-up is active. I have to switch to my main application to carry on working. Doesn't sound a big problem, but I have to do this every few minutes.
How do I keep iPlayer in the background please?

What you're talking about is the default navigation that is part of iBooks, so no, it doesn't appear you can force a restart from open, sorry.
Your reader would need to navigate there each time they leave the book.
As always, feel free to use the 'Provide iBooks Author Feedback' menu item for features you'd like added in the future, etc.

if i bought my ipod touch 32gb in germany where the voltage is 220v and i live in America where the voltage is 110, i will have to wait to get to my home to charge it for first time or I can charge it here and change the voltage of the battery in America?

Most wall chargers are dual voltage (110- 220 volts) and only require a plug adopter. Check the wall charger to see if yours is. -
Every time i connect my iphone to itunes and trying to do a backup or get the new update it says i have to restore my iphone. and then that doesnt work, i tried to reinstall itunes but it doesnt work. i get this all the time. fix it please.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "com.vsearch.agent.plist" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.
Repeat with each of these lines:

When I open firefox it is returning to the last viewed page instead of my homepage even though I have the settings set to clear history every time I close Firefox. I check and all of the previous history is still there and not deleted..
Make sure that Firefox closes properly and that that there are no longer Firefox or plugin-container processes left on the Processes tab in the Task Manager. Otherwise session restore will reopen the page(s) from the previous session.

Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select
Change Settings for Keychain "login"
In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select

I have been having issues with my iCloud email on my iMac. For some time period, everyday, it won't reload and often shows symbols instead of letters for the text. Any ideas how to solve?
All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

my ipadmini has been having a problem whenever I charge it through the mains. I took it to an authorised reseller and they said it could be an hardware issue.
After two days I went to check on it and it was able to connect to iTunes and I restored. But this has not fixed the issue. Every time I charge it, it goes off and to put it back on it would not respond unless I have my finger on home button for a long time. I have changed my USB port and even the adopter.
I have erased all data and reset it,but same problem again.
Does someone have a clue on what I should do. Because this is getting ridiculous.

I have been working on a file in pages which I cannot open now. Every time I select it "an error occurred and pages must close" appears and pages shuts down. I have tried to duplicate the document but cannot open the copy either. I am unable to email, share via iwork, itunes, idisk or WebDAV all of these options just close pages down. Let's summarise, for those reviewing this threadless thread for app support..
Mobile pages works reliably for simple docs, especially creating letters and Menus for Microsoft's Kindy canteen (even on special days with nice big pictures).
When importing more complex docs and/or working with larger creations, it is prone to randomly corrupting files upon re-opening, along similar lines as Word (running on a PC).

every time I open a new safari page and scroll down it jumps back to the top of the page. Happens super inconsistently and not on every web page. Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
If you wish, you may be able to salvage the malfunctioning extension by uninstalling and reinstalling it. Its settings will revert to their defaults. If the extension still causes a problem, remove it permanently or refer to its developer for support.
