I live in one country and want to use CC LR & PS in a different language, how do I do it?
I am a photography student in Peru and want to use CC LR & PS in English and I can not get an answer either from customer service in the US or here in Peru. I want to avail myself of the student price in Peru but want to use the software in English. How can this be done?

You have to be in a country to use its store - you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account to be able to use the US store (that applies to buying and redownloading).
You can use iTunes Match in South Africa, do you not have a backup copy of all of your US iTunes purchases so that you can subscribe to it and upload those that aren't in the South African store to it ? -

Not on your own. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to put it back onto the card; they'll only do this if none of the balance has been spent.

I synced my Iphone3G to my desktop windows computer. I now own a MacPro and want to swap my phone sync to this laptop instead. Any ideas how?
Try this way:
set up your iTunes account, disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new Mac and right click on it in the device list and choose backup.iTunes will backup your phone without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.

How can I register a facetime account using my email account in my iphone4? I used to have an account using my uk number but now I moved back to my home country with telephone networks that do not support facetime.
The telephone network doesn't support Face Time regardless of the country.
There are some countries where FaceTime is not allowed because of local laws.
Where are you? If it's anywhere in the Middle East, you're out of luck. -
I want to use two keyboards, each with a different language. Is this possible?
I work in Norway and use a Norwegian keyboard and keyboard layout for most daily activities. However, I code quite a bit and the Norwegian keyboard/layout is ridiculously inefficient for this. Is it possible to have two keyboards linked up to my iMac at the same time, one with a Norwegian keyboard and layout, and one with an English keyboard and layout?

Right, and that is always required. Having two keyboards linked up is in that regard no different than just switching between Norwegian and English layouts on a single keyboard.
I have read that the app Keyremap4macbook may be able to adjust behavior depending on the active hardware keyboard. You may want to look at that.

Is this possible?No, you can only buy from your country's store - to be able to buy from the Chilean store you need to be in Chile with a Chilean billing address on your account. No, you can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy form another store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it. You can try requesting that the content that you want be added to the US store, but ultimately it's the content providers (record companies, film studios etc) that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Ordering Calendars for delivery in different countries? Live in the UK and want to order a calendar for printing/delivery in Canada. However - can't change the default country -even changed the address in my Apple Account, no result. Any suggestions?
The general rule is that the shipping address must be in the same country as the billing address of the credit card used to order. However, you can try changing the Print Products store in iPhoto's Advanced preference pane to Canada and try ordering again.

I bought Photoshop 7, upgraded to CS2 then upgraded to CS3. I live in the country and have limited bandwidth for my internet, therefore, the cloud will not work and I must have a box version. In Jan Best Buy did work on my laptop and did not de-install CS3, now my desktop has died and believe CS3 on it is also gone. I have the serial numbers and can not find how to contact Adobe.

You don't even need to "contact Adobe", unless you need to activate that old deleted version. You are entitled to two activations.
Just download the CS3 trial version and input your serial numbers (the installer might prompt you for the previous serial number since your CS3 probably has an update s/n).

Anytime you want to look for something on the Adobe site, just do a Google search and add "site:adobe.com" (without the quotes) at the end of the string of keywords, for instance, this what to type in Google to find the CS3 downloads:

Just change "CS3" for whatever version you want.
Using the Adobe web site search function is futile.
Now, if you had two activations already, just call customer service and they will deactivate one or both for you—after quickly verifying your registration.. No big deal.

I live in Iran
Yesterday I wanted to use iTunes store for windows ; when i have open iTunes it gives me the error 0x80090318 .
I have search the web alot and i have check lots of Iranian and English website but have not find any solution for
this problem . Today I have find a software called "Hide my IP" i have opened up that
when this software was opened , itunes have said "iTunes can't verify the identify of the server "init.itunes.apple.com"".
then i have click on "continue" then iTunes said "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error occurred (310)."
And theres a matter that i think that have a connection with this topic and thats , that when i want to go to the lots
of websites like Google Yahoo! Mail and lots of other website my both browser ( FireFox and IE ) will say" This connection is untrusted " .

I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions. -

Unless you enabled Find My iPad on it before it was stolen then there isn't any way to locate it. If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.
