Why can't i buy the song Shakara by Fela Kuti from the American store if its not available from the South African store? Why is it not being made available in South Africa? It does not make sense to me, especially from such a top company that is priding itself with improving accessibility.

It's not Apple's choice, they can only sell content where the content providers grant them licenses to sell it, so if the record company hasn't granted Apple a license to sell that song in South Africa then Apple can't sell it there. You can try requesting that it be added, but it won't be able to happen without the record company's agreement : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
You can also only buy content from your own country's store, you won't be able to buy it from the US store unless you are in the US with a US billing address on your account.

Again, the iPhone warranty is NOT international. And, if I may offer unsolicited advice, buying from ebay is always risky. Most sellers are less then honest when it comes to iPhones. They might state that the iPhone is unlocked when it is not; it might not be really unlocked or might be hacked/jailbroken.
My advice to you is to buy in the country you intend to use the phone and buy it from a legitimate source such as Apple or an authorized reseller.

A no-contract sales price does not mean unlocked.
Apple is now selling an officially unlocked iPhone in the U.S. which has nothing whatsoever to do with AT&T unlocking iPhones. It is up to the carrier and the carrier only to officially unlock an iPhone that was sold as carrier locked with the carrier - in this case sold as carrier locked with AT&T. This may change one day, but at the present time AT&T does not unlock an iPhone for any reason or under any circumstances.

iDVD may or may not work with them – depending what kind of MP4 and AVI each is.
Drag them into iDVD and preview them to check compatibility.
If there are issues, use MPEG Streamclip and re-wrap them as QuickTime.

Yes, otherwise you will have to pay for those apps again. If an app is purchased by one Apple ID, he/she will be able to redownload it again for no cost (note: this does apply to songs, but NOT to movies).

I had to reformat my computer and the easiest way I had at the moment to save my photos was to just tranfer them to my phone. I guess I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to transfer them back to my computer. He can select the pictures and share them with himself, which will put them in his shared album on his computer under pictures and icloud pictures. So they will then be in the shared folder under Pictures<iCloud Photos on his computer.

I have good headphones and would like to be able to listen to music louder and possibly with better quality audio. Any advice?

My old iPad had the 30 pin line in and I had an LOD cable which I ran to a headphone amp. This allowed me to use the headphone amp to control volume independent of the iPad as it was docked through the LOD. This made it louder and sound better than simply using the headphone line in of the iPad. I don't know how I can do this with my iPad Air 2 as I don't know of any cable that would connect into the 8 pin line in. I've looked for LODs to fit the 8 pin but can't find one. I bought a cheap 8 to 30 pin adapter but it only allows me to charge and sync, not dock. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The apple lightning to 30 pin works just fine for me.
