I probably should not have asked this question at this time as I need to go to bed. It's 11.34 pm. I do hope someone has an answer because I feel very dudded, having finally decided to join the Adobe cloud!
either
1) have someone else download for you and send you the installation files on a usb stick
2) find a better connection yourself and download to a usb stick
3) use your current connection and a download manager to download the installation files.

Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop CC / Photoshop CC (2014) i had first install Photoshop CC with some actualizations , I have install now Photoshop CC (2014) without desinstalling Photoshop CC... I would like stay only with the 2014 version but i don´t find more the desinstaller of old CC version and the 2 versions takes a lopt of space on my disk... is it normal or is there a necessity to stay with the 2 versions... Now I use only the 2014 version but the old version is always there ????

I started a trial of creative cloud and downloaded lightroom. I decided to buy lightroom on amazon because I liked it. Now when I try to license the trial version of lightroom with the serial number, it says it's invalid. Why?
The standalone version and the CC version are both the same exact program, but the licensing is completely different. It will be necessary for you to uninstall the creative cloud trial version and then install the one you purchased from Amazon. After you install, you will be able to open the same catalog and continue from where you were.

Ive just upgraded my late 2009 macbook, and things are not working properly. First of all, when I started the computer first time after installing Mountain Lion, some message advised me that some files were impossible to install. Once I wrote my password, and for now on, everytime I start the session, another window advise me that "Java SE 6" is missing, due that, the computer can't run some "CS5Service Manager". If I try to install it, the download ends with an error. If finally, you skip the istallation, you arrive to the dock, but the menu bar at the top of the screen doesn't show up.
In addition, my trackpad doesn't works either. I can move the arrow but i can't click anywhere, probably because the option of clicking by touching is disabeled and I can't performance a regular click.
I'll be very glad if someone know what the heck is happening with my computer. Anyway, I'm going to the genius bar next Saturday. Thx!We're sorry.

I bought the creative cloud and downloaded a trial version of indesign 2 days ago. Now after reconfigutring my PC it tells me the trial version has expired! How can I reopen it?
If you paid for a subscription you don't need the trial. Log in with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription to activate the program.

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and Muse hangs on publishing? Help?
I am working within the Cloud now as subscribed. I installed Muse with intention of continuing building websites with the Muse Release Candadate, from Muse Beta that I learned and used for months. The sites that I had created with Muse Beta usually published without incident. But now that I've installed Muse RC, I find that I cannot publish at all. It either hangs or I get diverse error messages. The biggest tick of all is trying to get support! Is it because it's the weekend that I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe Support? Or am I meant to go around in circles seeking support that I cannot find an option for? It was easy to sign up and put money towards this program but be fore warned that this seems to be my only option for getting help? I have a client that I'm developing a website for and we were both happy to see Muse finally hit the market. I thought failing to publish issues would have been well worked out prior to release? Wouldn't you think so? I have to doubt the problem lies on my end and do not want to be pointed back in that direction again. Or I guess I could contact sales again for a support option there? Oh! I see Milton & Bradley have, Aggravation, Risk, and Life, named very well. "help please"?
Thank you Manish, but as i've described this problem thourghly over time while building this website in Muse beta. So too, I have downloaded this additional content which offered no resolve. I have contacted a person at Adobe Muse Support and have sent him a copy of the website to analyze its publishing failure. I think it is now in competent hands to solve the problem. Revel does not require a serial number only your Adobe ID and password. If you are having problems locating a serial number for your Creative Cloud subscription you will need to contact Adobe Customer Support.

As strange as it may seem I fear it's now a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

Adobe creative cloud installer problems.
I have tried to install Adobe creative cloud and what would happen is that the installer bar would'nt go very far and would just randomly shut down. I dont know why this is, is there anyway I can fix this problem?
