I loaded Win 7 on my laptop and hadn't loaded I tunes yet when I updated my phone to IOS 6. It needed to sync and had to factory reset. I have loaded I tunes, logged on yet still can't get my apps or music to load on my phone again? I have added the I tunes back-up to the folder on my newly loaded PC? Any suggestions before I go to the apple store and use the F word.

The same thing happened to my poor sister, and she is panicking because of all of her photos of her "daughter growing up" that will be lost. It seems that this has happened to several people already, and I REALLY hope that Apple figures this out so that it doesn't force all of these people to completely reset their devices. We don't know how to answer because we don't know what you are doing.
I can tell you that you cannot connect the two devices together to transfer content. And videos do not work in Photo Stream, but it does work for photos. However, you can only stream photos to the device after you have enabled photo stream on the iPad. Any photos that were already on the phone - before you turned on Photo Stream -will not sync to the iPad.

If you are in a wi-fi only area, then you need to join a wi-fi network. Does your office have wi-fi? Has the Admin given you the iformation to join the wi-fi network?
To join a wi-fi network...
1. Go to Settings/Wi-Fi
2. Tap Other...
3. Enter the name of your wi-fi network
4 Tap Security
5. Tap the type of security the network uses and return to Wi-Fi
6. Enter the password and tap Join

Why can't I get Keynotes Pages and Numbers for free after OS Mavericks 10.9.1 Upgrade?

I bought my Macbook Air a few days ago with the OS X Mavericks 10.9.1 update software already installed on my laptop. I'm suppose to get Keynotes, Pages, and Numbers for free under purchases in my app store but unfortunately I haven't seen any of those programs come as a purchase in my store. I've downloaded the OS Mavericks 10.9.1 software three times already and restarted my computer to see if they come in the mac store but nothing happened. I've also applied for the Up to Date program and they said they would contact me in 24 hours but it has been three days and I still haven't got a reply from them.

Why can't I get AU Lab and Soundflower to record anything on my Mac Pro!

I have been (and I am) recording for years with logic audio and a lot of other recording aplications which I own.
I started experimenting with AU Lab. Although I am very good at figuering out, learning new applications I can't
record a thing with AU Lab and Soundflower to record anything on my Mac Pro! I red the confusing instructions
and followed You Tube videos on this. I get a reading of what I want to record in the AU Lab mixers only if I set
the input and output to Soundflower, but after recording and saving the AU Lab Recording .aif files play back nothing!
I am running system 10.9, latest AU Lab version. I do not use the Alesis iO|26 firewire interface I have connected but I
only want to record what is playing in my computer.
I changed input and output settings in the above to different combinations and in system audio still no sound out of
the AU Lab Recording .aif files I get!

I still can't get any movement when playing audio. Note that it says (Overload 9
next to the Audio engine running. This is there even with the LR sliders set to 1

Using the timeline, I specified the times that the 4 jpgs are to appear. I also added text animation. When I preview the individual slide, all works well. When I preview several slides in the browser, or publish as a swf, some of my jpgs fail to appear at all, or look washed out, and many of my text animations fail to appear fully. Can anyone help me with this?

Are any of the following objects on the slide?
Button
Click Box
Text Entry Box
If so, these objects automatically pause the slide until they have been dealt with. You need to check the pause point.

The 16GB is a budget model for people who don't want to buy the more expensive coloured versions. Therefore, the 16GB doesn't have a rear camera, flash or the iPod Touch Loop. If they put these things in, it would probably cost too much to be a budget model anymore.

It sounds like you are unable to sign into your iMessage account becuase of an error message telling you to check the connection. I recommend these troubleshooting steps from the article named:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps.
Update to the latest version of iOS.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

I had the same problem. Go back into Verizon Tunes. At the bottom of the screen you should see 3 dots. Touch them and that will bring up additional choices, one being Downloads. In the Downloads choice is 2 bars. One bar is Pending Downloads (aka Music Inbox) the other bar shows your download history.

Ikeep getting this error when I attach the new phone. The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. FW 7.3.x Factory Reset procedures have changed

A lot of people can't return their new Airport Express back to their default factory settings. That's because the factory reset procedures have changed.
The old "press and hold the reset button when plugging in until green light flashes four times" no longer work on the new FW 7.3.x (The new 802.11n Airport Express).
New procedures (Ref: Airport Express Setup Guide):
On page 32: Simple procedures (retain user profiles) - hold the reset button for 10 seconds
On page 33: To remove profiles as well - hold reset while plug in the AX, don't let go and then hold the reset for another 10 seconds.
