I located my code in my account (in order to install Adobe photoshop elements 13) and received an error code stating my code was invalid. I cannot locate my new serial number.

I wish to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. I located my serial number in my old account and when I entered it, I received an error message that the serial number was invalid. I cannot locate my serial number and cannot complete my sign in.

Ok, so I just bought Adobe Photoshop elements 12 from Best Buy a month ago, and I want to download it onto my computer now. So I inserted the CD and everything, and through the process, the box popped up telling me to insert my serial number. After looking up what that was- and being told it was on the sticker on the back on the CD box- I entered it, and it keeps telling me it's invalid. It's a 8 number, so is it a redemtion code? If so, where do I redeem it?

The serial number should 24 numbers divided into sets of 4 (I think). It should be located on the CD cover. I don't think a redemption code is involved if you buy the CD, but just in case here's some links to cover either case...

I am attempting to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and have a redemption code to receive a serial number. After I go to the website (www.adobe.com/go/getserial), I enter the redemption code and receive the message that it has already been redeemed by another user. I bought this copy of adobe photoshop elements 12 new from staples in April '14. I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 since but would like to use 12 now. Please advise what must I do to receive my serial code so I can proceed with the installation.
