I locked up my old phone because i couldnt remember the password. It says "connect to itunes".. is there anyway to unlock the phone?
i locked My old phone trying the password too many times. I remember the password now, but it wont let me enter it anymore. is there anyway to fix this? or should i just throw the phone away?
Connect to iTunes. Restore the phone as new to remove the passcode. Then you can restore to your latest backup to get your content back.

If you need to reset you security questions, do not know the answers and no longer have access to that email account, see the last sentence under Note in step 5.
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

The only way to access the iPhone is by entering the correct passcode. If you cannot remember it or have disabled the iPhone then you will need to restore to factory settings via recovery mode as shown in the article below:

Bad idea.
Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content. -

iphone 4s is disabled. It says connect to itunes. Itunes ays could not connect because phone is locked with a passcode and to enter passcode on iphone before it can be used with itunes, but I can't enter the passcode because 1) don't know it 2) it's disabled. The device also does not show up in itunes, so how can I restore the phone or unlock it?

My seven year old daughter got an ipod touch a few months ago from her father. She has now forgotten her password and it has been tried too many times and so the ipod has been disabled. If disabled because of a passcode, and you have not synced AFTER setting the passcode, you will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it as a new device. All data on your phone will be erased:
Turn your phone off. Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. In your case, setup as "new" will be your ONLY option. -

When I got my ipod I made an account with iTunes right from my ipod.Yesterday, I made a password lock to get into my ipod and I couldn't get into it even though I did the correct one. Now it says"connect to iTunes" BUT I can't because I never registered on the computer. I've tried holding the home and sleep/wake button for 10 sec and then only the home for 5sec and that might have reset it, but it didn't help. If any of you guys know what to do so I can unlock it I would appreciate it VERY much.
